Event guide

Intersec 2027 for a group, one plan.

Eight people or eighty, a delegation needs the same few answers: who lands when, who sleeps where, how many seats and who is at the venue by ten. This planner sets out the legs to book and the details we need to write one fixed quote.

Coach on a Dubai road for a group transfer

The show in brief

Messe Frankfurt Middle East organises Intersec Global 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) on Tuesday 12 to Thursday 14 January 2027, from 10:00 to 18:00. It is a trade show for eligible professionals, and visitors under 18 are not permitted. A visitor badge covers all five areas the organiser lists. The organiser also names a Global Readiness Summit among its programme; we use the name only. Registration and eligibility are on the organiser’s own site, and we do not sell passes or badges.

Some conference sessions are free to registered visitors and some are by invitation only. That matters to a delegation, because the people who need to be at the venue by 10:00 may not be the same ones who attend a later session.

Start with the organiser’s options

The organiser says the World Trade Centre Metro station is right in front of the convention and exhibition centre, taxis can be booked through Dubai Taxi Corporation, and the RTA bus network serves the area. It also says free open parking lots close to the halls and paid multi-storey parking both exist.

For a group of two or three people with light bags, these are fine. A delegation of twelve with a lead who wants everyone to arrive together is a different case, and that is where a pre-booked vehicle helps. Our DWTC event transport page covers the venue’s parking, Metro and shuttles.

The legs of a three-day plan

Break the trip into legs and price each one on its own. Most delegations book five kinds.

  • Airport to hotel on arrival, timed to each flight. If people land on different flights, ask whether to group them or run separate vehicles. Our big group arrival guide explains the choice.
  • Hotel to DWTC each morning, and back each evening, at times you set. The show hours are 10:00 to 18:00, so a morning pick-up of about 09:00 is a reasonable start. Confirm it against your diary.
  • A meeting leg to an off-site venue, if the delegation has one.
  • A dinner leg. A group that dines together can read our gala dinner transport guide, which shows how large evenings are timed.
  • Hotel to airport on departure. Our night and early flight timing guide helps with awkward hours.

Drive times, which are approximate, from our OpenStreetMap routing with no traffic, so allow more on show days: Terminal 3 to DWTC about 10 to 15 minutes, Downtown 5 to 10, Business Bay 10 to 15, Deira 10 to 15, Dubai Marina 20 to 25, Palm Jumeirah 25 to 30, and Al Maktoum airport 45 to 55. The organiser says about 10 minutes from the airport.

Choosing the vehicle

Count seats and luggage together. A delegation with large cases needs more space than the headcount suggests. Our suitcase capacity guide gives a feel for it.

A group of up to six fits a Mercedes V-Class. Seven to thirteen fit a 13-seater van or a Mercedes Sprinter. A group of 17 to 30 fits a 30-seater mini coach, and larger delegations use a 50-seater coach. Our 17 to 30 people guide compares a coach with two vans.

We could not find rules on coach drop-off, waiting areas or permits at DWTC for the show. We do not assume a bay. We agree the drop-off point against the organiser’s current instructions before the day.

What goes in the quote

We are Dubai Bus Services. We are not the organiser’s transport provider, and nothing here is part of the badge or the event programme. Our service is private, pre-booked group transport.

To write a fixed written quote we need the dates, the number of people, the hotel or hotels, flight numbers and landing times, the DWTC legs you want and the times for each. A named passenger list helps, and our passenger list template shows what to collect. If your organisation wants a named account, read about corporate chauffeur terms.

Before you travel

Entry rules depend on your passport. Check the UAE government’s visa page, and read your own government’s travel advice page. Mid January is peak season, so ask early. Send details through the booking page.

Frequently asked.

Quick answers for this trip.

When is Intersec Global 2027?

It runs from Tuesday 12 to Thursday 14 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, 10:00 to 18:00 according to the organiser.

Can family members or children join a delegation at the show?

No. The organiser says the show is trade only and visitors under 18 are not permitted. Your party can still travel with us outside the show.

Can one vehicle serve the whole delegation?

It depends on the head count and luggage. Up to 13 people fit a van or Sprinter, 17 to 30 fit a mini coach, and a larger group needs a 50-seater or two vehicles.

Can you meet each flight at the airport?

Yes. The driver tracks the flight and waits in arrivals. Send flight numbers and names, and we plan grouped or separate pick-ups with you.

Do you know where coaches may stop at DWTC?

No. We could not find published drop-off or permit rules for the show. We agree the point against the organiser’s current instructions before the day.

Are you the transport provider for Intersec?

No. We are a private company, not appointed by the organiser or the venue. Our vehicles are booked separately.

Do you sell badges or registration?

No. Registration is handled by the organiser. We provide the vehicle and the driver.

How much does a delegation transfer cost?

Ask for a fixed written quote. It depends on the dates, group size, legs and hours, and we put it in writing before you accept.
