Yes. We work from your running order, or directly with your planner, so the bridal car, family vehicles and guest shuttles move between venues to one timetable. For larger weddings a coordinator stays on the ground. See our wedding car page.

Yes, from single cars for speakers and VIP guests to daily runs from the hotel for exhibitor teams. We check each event’s access plan for drop-off points before the day, so nobody is left at the wrong gate; see our Expo City Dubai chauffeur page.

Yes. Give us the arrival window and the venue’s instructions, and the chauffeur positions the car nearby and moves in on your signal or at the agreed time. For several principal guests, we stagger the cars so each arrival has its moment.

We agree a schedule of departures from each hotel to the venue and back, usually with a Sprinter, mini coach or coach depending on numbers. Guests receive the times in advance, and the shuttles run to the same running order as the bridal cars.

Ribbons can be fitted to most of our cars on request; ask when you book and we will confirm in writing. Florist dressing is arranged at extra cost with at least 72 hours’ notice, and we check what suits each vehicle’s shape and paintwork.
