A Rolls-Royce for the bride, a quiet car for the groom and comfortable vehicles for both families — each timed to your running order and quoted in writing before you commit.

On a wedding day the car is part of the moment: the arrival at the venue, the first photographs, the departure at the end of the night. Our wedding car with driver service puts a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce at the centre of the day, with a chauffeur in formal uniform who has the running order in hand and knows exactly where the car should stop.
Everything is agreed in advance and in writing: the car, the hours, the addresses and entrances, the waiting time and any dressing. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and changes are free up to 24 hours before the first pick-up.
We work from your timetable, or directly with your wedding planner. The usual sequence is a collection from the hotel or home where the bride is getting ready, the drive to the ceremony, waiting during the ceremony and photographs, then the move to the reception. Some couples keep the car for the evening and leave in it at the end; others release it after the arrival and book a second car for the departure. Either way, we need:
Your chauffeur receives the brief beforehand, so nobody on the day has to explain anything twice.
Ribbons are included on request. Florist dressing, such as flowers on the bonnet or a garland across the rear, can be arranged at extra cost with at least 72 hours’ notice; send a reference photograph and we will confirm what is possible on your chosen car. The cabin is cooled before every pick-up, with chilled water on board, which matters more than most people expect for a bride in a heavy gown on a warm afternoon.
Most weddings need more than one vehicle. The groom often travels in an executive sedan or a luxury SUV, parents and grandparents appreciate the easy access of the Mercedes V-Class, and a Mercedes Sprinter can carry the bridal party or close family between hotel and venue.
For larger guest movements, our wedding and event transport team plans shuttles from several hotels to the venue and back. One quote covers the whole convoy, and every vehicle runs to the same timetable. Many couples also book a car for the end of the night, to take them to their hotel or to the airport for the honeymoon.
Your chauffeur arrives early, with the car cooled, cleaned and dressed, and waits at the agreed point until the bride is ready. The route to the ceremony is the one agreed in advance, not simply the quickest on the map: some couples want a slower drive past a favourite view, others want the shortest possible journey in a heavy gown. At the venue, the chauffeur opens the door, helps with the train and steps back out of the photographs. Between stops, the car waits nearby, out of shot but ready.
Many couples want the car in a few portraits. Tell us where, and the chauffeur will position it with the photographer and keep the paintwork spotless. If you plan photographs at a landmark on the way, such as the Dubai Frame, the Museum of the Future or a beach, build in fifteen to twenty minutes and check whether the location allows a car to stop. We include those stops in the running order and in the quote.
Weddings here take place in hotel ballrooms on the Palm and along Jumeirah, in garden and beach venues, and at desert venues reached along the Al Qudra road. Each has its own arrival point, valet arrangement and photograph spots, and some private islands and estates ask for vehicle details in advance for security. Tell us the venue and we will check the access before the day.
Peak wedding season runs through the cooler months, roughly October to April, and weekend dates are the first to go. For a peak-season date, book as soon as the venue is confirmed; our guide to booking a wedding car in Dubai sets out a full timeline.

Yes. Wedding cars are usually booked by the hour, so the car and chauffeur stay with you between stops, including during the ceremony and photographs. The hours are written on your quote; if the celebrations run over, extra time is charged at the rate shown there.
Yes, and we recommend it. Send us the planner’s contact details with the booking and we will agree the timings, addresses, entrances and photograph positions with them directly. The chauffeur is briefed before the day with the final running order.
Tell us your preferred model and colour when you request a quote. We confirm the exact car in writing before you book, so there are no surprises on the day. If your first choice is not available for your date, we will tell you straight away and suggest the closest alternative.
Yes. Most couples book a separate car for the groom and one or two vehicles for parents and close family, often an executive sedan, a luxury SUV or a Mercedes V-Class. All the vehicles sit on one quote and run to the same timetable, coordinated by the same team.
Yes, as long as the route to the venue entrance is paved. If the final stretch is sand, venues often provide their own 4x4 shuttle from the car park, and our chauffeur will wait there for the return. Tell us the venue and we will check the access in advance.
