How airport pick-ups work
Share your flight number when you book. We monitor it in real time, so an early landing or a delay simply moves the pick-up — you are not charged for the airline’s timing.
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, helps with luggage and brings the car to the nearest pick-up point. For Terminal 3 premium and first-class passengers we can meet you at the dedicated exit.

About airport chauffeur.
How long will the chauffeur wait after landing?
Waiting time after landing is included in your quote; the exact allowance is written on it. We track your flight, so delays do not count against you.
Do you cover Al Maktoum International (DWC)?
Yes, both DXB and DWC, plus Sharjah and Abu Dhabi airports.
Which DXB terminals do you cover?
All three: Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Terminal 2 is on the other side of the airfield, so please give us your flight number; we confirm the terminal before the chauffeur sets off. Our DXB arrivals guide explains where you will be met.
Can you drive me from Dubai to Sharjah or Abu Dhabi airport?
Yes. We run transfers from any Dubai address to Sharjah Airport and to Zayed International in Abu Dhabi, with the pick-up time worked back from your flight and tolls included in the quote. Both are popular when the fare or the connection is better than at DXB.
What happens if my luggage is delayed or lost?
Let us know as soon as you can. Your chauffeur keeps waiting while you report the bag at the airline desk, and we plan around it. If the wait goes well beyond the allowance on your quote, extra time is charged at the rate written there, and nothing more.
Can the chauffeur help with heavy luggage?
Yes. Your chauffeur takes the trolley from the arrivals hall to the car and loads and unloads every bag. If you have oversized items such as golf bags, a pram or sports equipment, mention them when booking so the vehicle has room.
Can I book an airport transfer for a guest?
Yes. Book in your own name and add the guest’s name and flight number; their name goes on the board and the confirmation comes to you. Add any instructions, such as the hotel entrance or a stop on the way, in the notes box.
