This guide sets out bus rental prices in Dubai for 2026, vehicle by vehicle. The figures below are our published starting prices for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with the driver and fuel included. The starting figure is clear before you ask for a quote, and your written quote confirms the exact price for your date, route and hours.
| Vehicle | Seats | Our starting price |
|---|---|---|
| 13-seater van (Toyota HiAce) | 13 | From AED 900 per day |
| 30-seater mini coach | 22 to 30 | From AED 1,100 per day |
| 50-seater coach | 50 | From AED 1,450 per day |
| Mercedes V-Class | 7 | From AED 1,150 per day |
| Mercedes Sprinter | 16 | From AED 2,450 per day |
| Luxury SUV | 6 | From AED 1,100 per day |
| Executive sedan | 4 | From AED 950 per day |
| Rolls-Royce | 4 | From AED 3,500 per day |
Every starting price is per day, with a driver, fuel and air conditioning included. Your written quote confirms the exact price for your date, route and hours, and nothing is charged until you reply to accept it.
Prices depend on the date and group size. Get yours in a minute.
Get my priceA day rate with us is a vehicle and a professional driver for up to 10 hours within Dubai, with fuel included. The driver brings the vehicle to your first pick-up ten minutes early, stays with the group between stops and finishes at the agreed drop-off. Within the booked hours, the order of the day is yours to change: skip a stop, add a detour, swap lunch and the museum.
Your written quote then lists everything else that applies to your route: Salik tolls in Dubai, Darb tolls if you cross one of Abu Dhabi’s toll gates at a charging time, airport parking when the driver meets you inside the terminal, and the waiting allowance. The total you confirm is the total you pay, with nothing added at the end of the day. Where VAT applies, it is shown on your invoice, which helps companies that reclaim it.
Six things move a quote away from the starting price. Knowing them makes it easier to plan a day that fits the budget.
The starting price covers up to 10 hours. Hourly bookings within Dubai start from four hours, which suits a single event or an evening out. If a full day runs over, extra time is charged at the hourly rate written on your quote. Tell us if a late finish is likely, so we can confirm the driver is free to stay on.
Starting prices apply within Dubai. A day that includes Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Hatta or the northern Emirates is quoted as an intercity day, because the vehicle covers far more kilometres and the driver’s day is longer. One-way transfers to other emirates are priced per trip; a sedan from Dubai to Abu Dhabi Airport, for example, starts from AED 300 one way.
Your quote confirms the price for your date. We do not add surcharges for late nights, public holidays or rain. The cooler months are busy with conferences, weddings and tour groups, though, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles.
Every quote includes a waiting allowance, written on it. If you need the driver to wait longer at a hotel, an airport or a venue, the extra time is charged at the rate shown on the same quote. On airport bookings we track the flight, so an airline delay does not count against your allowance.
Salik gates in Dubai, Darb gates in Abu Dhabi and airport parking depend on the route and the time of day. They are not hidden in a vague surcharge: they are listed on the quote for your actual journey. Our guide to Salik and Darb tolls explains how both systems work.
Each extra vehicle and each extra day is listed separately on the quote. What one quote saves is effort: every vehicle and every day sits on a single document, with one confirmation and, for companies, one consolidated monthly invoice if you have an account.
If you know how many people are travelling, this is the quickest way to find a starting point. Seats are passenger seats; add a little space if the group has a lot of luggage.
Beyond fifty, we combine vehicles: a 50-seater and a mini coach for 70 guests start from AED 2,550 per day together, and two 50-seaters for 100 guests from AED 2,900. For groups of 8 to 30, our minibus rental page compares the options in more detail.
Our 13-seater van and 30-seater mini coach start below the Mercedes V-Class, and the Sprinter, at AED 2,450, costs more than any other vehicle except the Rolls-Royce. That is because the V-Class and the Sprinter are executive vehicles, with leather seating and a premium finish, while the van and the buses are priced as working group transport. It also means the cost per seat is lowest in the big coaches.
Dividing our starting day rates by the number of seats gives a rough guide: about AED 29 per seat in the 50-seater coach, about AED 37 in the mini coach, about AED 69 in the 13-seater van, about AED 153 in the Sprinter and about AED 164 in the V-Class. A half-full coach can still work out cheaper per person than a full van, so if your group is on the boundary between two sizes, ask us to quote both.
Our day rates are for a vehicle with a driver, fuel and air conditioning for up to 10 hours within Dubai. The market ranges in the one-way table further down come from mainstream Dubai operators’ published sedan fares, checked on 14 October 2026. We ignored teaser figures that do not say what is included, template prices repeated across unrelated websites, and fares that contradicted the same operator’s own pages. They are a guide, not a promise of what any other company will charge.
Why do published prices vary so much? Mostly because operators publish different things under the same heading:
When you compare quotes, line these points up side by side. A price that looks lower may simply cover fewer hours or leave the tolls for later.
These examples use our starting prices to show how a quote comes together. Each one is an example only: your own price depends on your date, route and hours, and is confirmed in writing before you book.
Example 1: school trip, 32 people. Twenty-eight pupils and four teachers are visiting a museum and a park in Dubai, leaving at 8am and back by 3pm. A mini coach seats up to 30, so the group needs the 50-seater coach, from AED 1,450 per day. That is AED 350 more than the mini coach’s starting price, and everyone has a seat and a seat belt.
Example 2: wedding guest shuttle, 45 guests. Guests move from two hotels to a venue in the late afternoon and back after midnight, about nine hours in all. One 50-seater coach, from AED 1,450 per day, covers it within the 10-hour day. If the celebration runs past the booked hours, extra time is charged at the hourly rate on the quote.
Example 3: conference team, 14 people, three days. A team needs a Mercedes Sprinter each day for hotel runs and client visits. At from AED 2,450 per day, three days start from AED 7,350. If they only need a morning and an evening run each day, ask us to quote hourly bookings as well, so you can compare.
Example 4: company day out, 90 people. Two 50-seater coaches carry ninety staff to a team day in Dubai and back, from AED 1,450 each per day, so the pair starts from AED 2,900. A V-Class for the leadership team, from AED 1,150 per day, can sit on the same quote.
Example 5: family arrival, 12 people. A family of twelve with ten suitcases lands at DXB in the morning and wants to see the city before checking in. The 13-seater van takes thirteen passengers and around ten medium suitcases, from AED 900 per day, with airport parking listed on the quote.
Example 6: two travellers to Abu Dhabi Airport. A couple flying from Zayed International books an executive sedan from their Dubai hotel. The Dubai to Abu Dhabi Airport transfer starts from AED 300 one way for the whole vehicle, about AED 150 each.
Most bookings are priced in one of three ways:
Our published one-way starting prices are all for a sedan, for the whole vehicle with driver:
| Route, one way | Our starting price | Typical market range |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai to Sharjah Airport | From AED 120 one way | AED 120 to 220 |
| Dubai to Abu Dhabi Airport | From AED 300 one way | AED 300 to 600 |
| Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah | From AED 300 one way | AED 350 to 475 |
| Dubai to Fujairah | From AED 300 one way | AED 320 to 475 |
| Dubai to Al Ain | From AED 350 one way | AED 350 to 585 |
| Dubai to Hatta | From AED 450 one way | AED 500 to 550 |
Groups travelling on these routes in a van, minibus or coach receive a quote for the vehicle they need. Comparing a private car with a taxi for the run to the capital? Our guide to the Dubai to Abu Dhabi taxi cost sets the options side by side.
A starting price is the floor, not the whole picture. These items are quoted separately when they apply, and each is written on your quote before you confirm:
Ribbons on a wedding car, child seats in cars, SUVs and vans, and flight tracking on airport bookings are free on request.
The same rules apply to our cars. The executive sedan starts from AED 950 per day, the luxury SUV from AED 1,100 per day, the Mercedes V-Class from AED 1,150 per day and the Rolls-Royce from AED 3,500 per day, each for up to 10 hours within Dubai with the chauffeur and fuel. Many group bookings add one or two cars for hosts and VIPs; see limousine hire in Dubai for the full line-up, van with driver for families and small teams, or car with driver for a day for how a day with one car works.
Use the quote card on this page or the booking page, and tell us the pick-up, the destination, the date and time, the number of passengers and anything unusual about the luggage. A fixed, written quote follows by email, usually within the hour. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and changes and cancellations follow the terms written on the quote before you accept it. You can also send the details on WhatsApp to +971 54 126 1681.
