About corporate chauffeur.
How do we set up a corporate account?
Email bookings@ivorylane.ae with your company details and the names of the people who will book. We set up an account with one consolidated invoice each month, broken down by cost centre on request. Every booking still receives a written quote first.
Can you run a roadshow across Dubai and Abu Dhabi in one day?
Yes. A single chauffeur and vehicle can cover meetings in DIFC and Dubai Media City in the morning and ADGM in Abu Dhabi in the afternoon. We plan the timings with you, and the whole day sits on one quote with tolls and waiting included.
Do our executives get the same chauffeur each time?
We assign consistent chauffeurs to regular corporate travellers wherever possible, so they know the routines, the addresses and the preferences without being told. If a particular chauffeur matters for an important visit, mention it when booking.
How do you handle last-minute changes to an executive’s schedule?
Changes are free up to 24 hours before pick-up. On the day, tell the chauffeur or email us and we adjust whenever the vehicle and chauffeur are available; within an hourly booking, the order of meetings is entirely yours.
Can you bring a visiting team from DXB straight to a DIFC office?
