Can I book a one-way to Abu Dhabi and return on another day?
Yes. Book two one-way transfers on the same quote, each with its own date and time. Changes are free up to 24 hours before each pick-up, which is useful if your plans in Abu Dhabi shift during the stay.
Are Darb tolls included for Abu Dhabi trips?
Yes. Any Darb toll in Abu Dhabi and any Salik gate in Dubai is included in your fixed quote. Many journeys to Yas Island or the airport do not cross a Darb gate at all; our toll guide explains why.
Can you drop us at a hotel on Saadiyat or Yas Island?
Yes, door to door from any Dubai address. Yas Island is around 1 hour 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Saadiyat a little further, outside the rush hours, and the chauffeur helps with the luggage at both ends.
Do you drive to the northern Emirates as well?
Yes. We run transfers from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, as well as inland to Al Ain and up into the mountains at Hatta. Each route is quoted in writing, with tolls and waiting included.
Can the chauffeur wait in Abu Dhabi and bring us back the same day?
Yes. Book a return with waiting and the chauffeur stays nearby until you are ready, whether for a meeting, a museum or a family visit. The waiting allowance is written on your quote, with any extra time at the rate shown there.
