How our transfers from Dubai work

Every route on this page is a private, door-to-door journey: one chauffeur, one vehicle and no shared stops. You tell us the pick-up, the destination and the time, and we send a fixed quote by email that lists the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, any Salik or Darb tolls, parking and the waiting allowance. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and changes are free up to 24 hours before pick-up.

Airport runs are timed back from your flight, with a margin for traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road, E311 and the roads into Sharjah. Day trips to Hatta, Al Ain or the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi can be booked with the chauffeur waiting, so the car is ready whenever you are.

Choosing a vehicle for the long road

One to three travellers are comfortable in the executive sedan; families usually prefer the luxury SUV or the seven-seat Mercedes V-Class; and groups of up to sixteen travel together in the Mercedes Sprinter. For Dubai to Abu Dhabi city and every other emirate, see Abu Dhabi & intercity transfers.
