Two venues, one short hop.
Dubai Future Week runs from 18 to 21 November 2026, and its programme is split between Emirates Towers and the auditorium of the Museum of the Future. If you bring a delegation, an innovation team or a student group, you need to know where each part of the programme sits, which times the organiser has published and how long the hotel run is. This page gives you the organiser’s own figures, our modelled drive times, a plain list of what is missing and how one vehicle fits the days.

What the organiser says
The Dubai Media Office published a release on 12 October 2026 about Dubai Future Week. It says the event runs from 18 to 21 November 2026 at Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future, that the Dubai Future Foundation organises it and that its theme is “For the Human of the Future”. The organiser expects more than 10,000 participants. It names experts, innovators, investors and student projects from around the world.
The release describes eight parts of the programme: the Big Stage for talks, the Prototype Floor, The Pitch, The Policy Room, The Challenge, Offstage, 500 Future Minds and The District, which is public and outdoors. The Prototype Floor shows 100 student projects chosen from thousands of submissions worldwide, according to the release. The event site asks people to register to attend.
We are not the organiser’s transport provider and not a partner of the event. Several events in the region were postponed or cancelled during 2026, so check the organiser’s notices before you book transport. If your dates change, we adjust the quote.

On the event site’s programme page, the first items on Wednesday 18 November are below. When we looked on 31 October 2026, the list showed 85 results across Wednesday 18 to Saturday 21 November.
| Wednesday 18 November | Where |
|---|---|
| 09:30 to 09:45, keynote on the Big Stage | Museum of the Future Auditorium |
| 10:00 to 17:00, Prototype Floor exhibition | Emirates Towers, Ground Floor |
| 10:00 to 17:00, AI Grandmaster Challenge | The Challenge Dome, outdoors in The District at Emirates Towers |
Some sessions on the programme are marked invite only, and The Policy Room is described as closed door. Ask the organiser what applies to your group before you plan a day around a session. We found no entry hours for 19, 20 and 21 November at either venue.
The Museum of the Future is a venue, not a visit
The museum’s own help page says it has been closed to visitors since the start of September 2026 and plans to reopen in the first quarter of 2027, with no date. The Future Week programme still uses its auditorium. So read “Museum of the Future Auditorium” on the programme as a place for a session, and do not plan a museum visit around it.
How far apart things are
These are approximate drive times from our routing model, built on OpenStreetMap data, run on 31 October 2026. They assume free-flow roads, with no traffic and no event closures. The points are central, not a hall entrance.
| Route (modelled) | Distance | Drive time, no traffic |
|---|---|---|
| Emirates Towers to the Museum of the Future | About 0.8 km | About 3 minutes |
| Dubai Airport (DXB) to Emirates Towers | About 15.0 km | About 18 minutes |
| Dubai Marina to Emirates Towers | About 22.7 km | About 21 minutes |
| Palm Jumeirah (The Palm Tower point) to Emirates Towers | About 22.6 km | About 21 minutes |
| Dubai World Trade Centre to Emirates Towers | About 2.8 km | About 4 minutes |
The Dubai Metro Red Line has a station at Emirates Towers, according to the visitor guide of another Dubai event, ISEA2026. Our Metro and coach guide shows which parts of a day suit each. More hotel-area times are in how far Dubai Airport is from the hotel areas.
The same days, the same area
Wednesday 18 November is also the last day of the World Police Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre, which is about 4 minutes from Emirates Towers by our model. Big 5 Global starts at the same centre on 23 November. If your delegation has people at more than one event that week, our guides to the World Police Summit, Big 5 Global and Dubai World Trade Centre events cover the other end.
What is not published
When we checked on 31 October 2026, we found no entry hours for 19 to 21 November, no vehicle drop-off or collection point at either venue, no parking rules and no registration cost. We could not tell whether The District needs a separate pass.
That matters for a group, because a coach or minibus needs to know where it may stop. We agree a drop-off point and a collection point with you once the organiser publishes them, and we cannot promise a stop at either entrance.
Planning the day
Start from the session you cannot miss, then work backwards. For an example, a student team staying in Dubai Marina has the 09:30 keynote on 18 November at the museum auditorium. The model gives about 21 minutes to Emirates Towers and about 3 more to the museum. Add morning traffic, arrival and the walk in, and the vehicle might leave the hotel at about 08:00. Your own hotel, group size and session times will change the sum.
A team that carries prototypes, boards or cases for the Prototype Floor should tell us the number and size when asking for a quote. Agree one return time in writing, and tell us if the group splits, because two returns need two vehicles. For a delegation that lands on the same day, our big group arrival guide covers the airport end, and the conference shuttle plan covers larger numbers.
We supply the vehicle and a driver. A licensed guide can be arranged for a fee: ask when you request a quote.
Choosing the vehicle
Count passengers first, then bags and exhibit cases. Our guide figures:
- Mercedes V-Class: up to 7 passengers and 6 bags.
- 13-seater HiAce: up to 13 passengers and about 10 suitcases.
- Mercedes Sprinter: up to 16 passengers and up to 12 suitcases.
- 30-seater mini coach and 50-seater coach for delegations and larger student groups.
How a booked vehicle fits
- Send the plan. Dates, hotel area, party size, any cases or boards and the sessions you must make.
- Ask for a fixed written quote. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
- Read the pick-up and drop-off arrangement. The quote states it, and we update it when the organiser publishes its notices.
- Agree the return time. We plan the margin and tell you what is not yet published.
- Tell us if plans change. We adjust where we can, and cannot promise to beat queues or traffic.

Frequently asked.
Quick answers for this trip.
When is Dubai Future Week 2026?
The Dubai Future Foundation lists it from 18 to 21 November 2026 at Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future. Check the organiser’s notices before you book transport, since several regional events were postponed or cancelled this year. If your dates change, we adjust the quote.
Where are the venues?
Emirates Towers and the auditorium of the Museum of the Future, about 0.8 km and about 3 minutes apart by our routing model with no traffic.
Can we visit the Museum of the Future during the week?
The museum says it has been closed to visitors since the start of September 2026 and plans to reopen in the first quarter of 2027, with no date. The event programme uses its auditorium. Check the museum’s page for its current notice.
How far is it from my hotel?
Our model with no traffic gives about 21 minutes from Dubai Marina, about 21 minutes from the Palm Jumeirah point and about 18 minutes from Dubai Airport to Emirates Towers. Plan on more at busy times.
Is there a Metro station at Emirates Towers?
ISEA2026’s visitor guide lists the Red Line to Emirates Towers. For a group with cases or a fixed start time, one vehicle from the hotel removes the changes.
Where will the vehicle stop?
No drop-off or collection point had been published for either venue when we checked on 31 October 2026. We agree a point with you once the organiser publishes one, and we cannot promise a stop at an entrance.
Can you collect us at the airport and take us to the event?
Yes, if you tell us the flight, the date and the venue. Your written quote states the meeting arrangement for the airport, so you know it before you fly. See our big group arrival guide.
How do I get a price?
Ask for a fixed written quote through the booking form with the dates, hotel area, party size and any cases. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
