World Police Summit, one delegation, three days.
The World Police Summit runs from 16 to 18 November 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). If you bring a police delegation, a supplier team or a university group from overseas, you need the same plan three mornings in a row: hotel, hall, hotel. This page sets out what the organiser has published, the minutes it gives from its partner hotels, our own modelled drive times, what is still missing, and how a private vehicle with a driver fits. Check the organiser’s notices before you book transport. If the dates change, we adjust a quote.

What the organiser says
The summit’s own site lists the fifth edition from Monday 16 to Wednesday 18 November 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, under the theme “Connected for Impact”. It says the event is hosted by Dubai Police and organised by DXB LIVE. We are not the organiser’s transport provider, and we have no link to either body.
The site says earlier editions drew leaders from more than 110 countries, and it names agencies from the USA, the UK, Europe and Australia among the past participants. That is history. We make no claim about who attends in 2026.
The FAQ page says every session is held in person, with no live stream, and that plenaries, workshops and roundtables can run at the same time in several arenas. A delegate pass covers workshops, seminars, conferences and ceremonies. The programme has 14 thematic tracks, an exhibition with a demonstration hub, country pavilions, a start-up zone and an academic zone. We sell no passes. Register through the organiser.

The venue page puts the summit in Sheikh Saeed Hall 1 and the Trade Centre Arena. It says DWTC is within walking distance of the Dubai Metro, with several taxi drop-off points, parking areas and valet services across the campus. It does not name a coach bay or a group arrival point.
DWTC is busy that week. The Dubai Media Office release of 29 October 2026 lists other shows on the campus on the same days, including the Mining Show and the Dubai International Food Safety Conference on 16 and 17 November, and two trade expos on 16 to 18 November. World Art Dubai opens on 19 November and Big 5 Global on 23 November. We make no claim about traffic from that list, but a delegation should not assume the approach roads are quiet. Our guide to the DWTC roundabout and bridge changes covers the road layout, and our DWTC event transport page has the general plan.
The numbers
The organiser lists four partner hotels, and gives a figure in minutes to DWTC for each. It does not say whether the figure is on foot or by car, so read it as the organiser’s estimate and ask the hotel. Below that, our own modelled drive times. Those come from OpenStreetMap routing with no traffic and no event closures, and we treat them as plus or minus 15 percent.
| Partner hotel | Organiser’s figure to DWTC |
|---|---|
| ibis One Central | 7 minutes |
| 25hours Hotel One Central | 7 minutes |
| Fairmont Dubai | 8 minutes |
| Novotel Dubai World Trade Centre | 9 minutes |
We do not call any hotel official. Rates are on the organiser’s links and we print none.
| From | Approximate distance | Modelled drive, no traffic |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown Dubai | About 5 km | About 6 to 8 minutes |
| Deira | About 8 km | About 9 to 13 minutes |
| Dubai Airport (DXB) | About 19 km | About 26 to 36 minutes |
| JBR | About 25 km | About 20 to 26 minutes |
| Dubai Marina | About 28 km | About 23 to 31 minutes |
| Palm Jumeirah | About 28 km | About 24 to 32 minutes |
| Al Maktoum Airport (DWC) | About 53 km | About 45 to 61 minutes |
Our end point is a point on Sheikh Zayed Road at the DWTC campus, not a hall door. Treat these as modelled, not promised. Our airport and hotel distance guide shows how the same method works for other areas.
What is not published
On 31 October 2026 we could not find daily opening hours or registration desk times. The agenda page returned an error for us. We found no rules for vehicle arrival, no coach drop-off or waiting area, and no road closure notice for the summit days.
That matters because a coach needs a stopping point. We agree a drop-off point and a collection point with you once the organiser or the venue publishes them, and we cannot promise a stop at any entrance. Until then we plan hotel to campus and back, and tell you what is still open. If the organiser’s notices and ours ever differ, follow the organiser.
Planning the day
Work back from the first session you cannot miss, then add loading time, the walk in and a margin for the campus approach. For an example, take 18 delegates staying in Dubai Marina, with a first session at 09:00. That session time is our example, not a published one. At the modelled 23 to 31 minutes, a vehicle might leave the hotel at about 07:45, which leaves a margin for traffic and the walk from the drop-off point.
For the return, pick one collection time and put it in writing. Panels run late, and a vehicle that waits for “about six” waits too long. If part of the group stays for an evening event, tell us early, because two returns need two vehicles. Our multi-hotel shuttle loops guide shows how to run one loop when delegates stay in different hotels.
Delegations often arrive on different flights. The passenger manifest template keeps names and flight numbers in one sheet, and our conference airport shuttle plan helps with larger lists. For airport arrivals, your written quote states the meeting arrangement.
Choosing the vehicle
Count people first, then bags. A delegation brings laptops, folders, gifts for hosts and sometimes a banner. Our guide figures:
- Mercedes V-Class: up to 7 passengers and 6 bags.
- 13-seater HiAce: up to 13 passengers and about 10 suitcases.
- Mercedes Sprinter: up to 16 passengers and up to 12 suitcases.
- 30-seater mini coach and 50-seater coach for larger national teams and academic groups.
If a group sits close to a vehicle’s limit, we suggest the next size up. Our trade mission guide shows how a mixed-size party is split.
How a booked vehicle fits
- Send the plan. Dates, hotel, party size, flights and the sessions you must make.
- Ask for a fixed written quote. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
- Read the meeting and drop-off arrangement. The quote states it, and we update it when the organiser publishes its notices.
- Agree the return time. We plan the margin and tell you what is not yet published.
- Tell us if plans change. We adjust where we can, and cannot promise to beat traffic.

Which halls does the summit use?
The venue page names Sheikh Saeed Hall 1 and the Trade Centre Arena. The organiser’s FAQ says sessions can run in several arenas at the same time.
How far is the venue from Dubai Airport?

Which hotels does the organiser list?
Four: ibis One Central, 25hours Hotel One Central, Fairmont Dubai and Novotel Dubai World Trade Centre, with 7, 7, 8 and 9 minutes to DWTC in the organiser’s own figures. It does not say if that is on foot or by car.
Can a coach drop the group at the hall door?
We found no published coach bay or group arrival point. We agree a drop-off point and a collection point with you once they are published, and we cannot promise a stop at any entrance.
Are you the summit’s transport provider?
No. We are a private company, booked separately, and not appointed by the organiser or the venue.
Do you sell summit passes?
No. Passes are sold by the organiser. We supply a vehicle and a driver only. A licensed guide can be arranged for a fee for free time around the summit: ask when you request a quote.
Can you cover the airport legs as well?
Yes. Send the flights, the date and the hotel. Your written quote states the meeting arrangement for the airport, and one quote can cover every leg.
