A business aviation show, at the airport.
The MEBAA Show runs from 8 to 10 December 2026 at the Dubai Airshow Site, inside the grounds of Al Maktoum International Airport. It is a business event, and it falls in the same week as GITEX Global, so hotels and roads are busy. For a delegate or an exhibitor from the USA, the UK or Europe, here is what the organiser publishes, where its own pages disagree, and how to plan the days.

The show
The organiser lists the MEBAA Show from 8 to 10 December 2026 at “DWC, Dubai Airshow Site”. It is a business event only. It is not open to the public, and people under 18 are not admitted. The organiser names Airlink as its travel partner for visas, flights, hotels and ground transportation. We are not the organiser’s transport provider and not a partner of the show, and we do not use the words “official transport”. If its notices and ours differ, follow the organiser.
The venue matters for planning. The Dubai Airshow Site sits at Al Maktoum International Airport, known as DWC, in the south of Dubai. Dubai International (DXB) is still the main airport for most visitors, so a delegate who lands at DXB has a long road to the show. Our Al Maktoum Airport transfer page gives the distances and approximate drive times from the main hotel areas to DWC, and we do not repeat them here.

Get a quoteHours, and where the organiser disagrees with itself
The organiser’s FAQ lists Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 December from 10:00 to 17:00. For Tuesday 8 December, the FAQ gives 11:00 to 17:00, but the opening-times block and the main page text give 10:00 to 17:00, with a runway party in the late afternoon. We show both and tell you to confirm day one with the organiser before you fix a morning pick-up.
The organiser also says venue Wi-Fi is “very limited”. That is a practical point for a delegate who needs to book a return ride: arrange it before you arrive, and write the time down.
Parking and drop-off
The FAQ says visitor parking at the show site is free. Exhibitors can buy priority parking passes and bus drop-off passes through the exhibitor portal. We found no description of a bus drop-off point for visitors, no gate and no coach parking arrangement. We do not promise a stop at the entrance. We agree a drop-off point and a collection point with you once the organiser publishes them, and we put them in your written quote.
If your group includes exhibitors who hold a bus drop-off pass, tell us. The pass terms are the organiser’s, and we cannot confirm what it allows.
A week that overlaps GITEX
GITEX Global runs in the same week: the summit on 7 December at the Dubai World Trade Centre and the expo from 8 to 11 December at Expo City. Hotels in the main areas fill, and roads between the city and the south are busier. Our GITEX two-venue guide and Dubai Airport to Expo City page cover that side of the week, and a delegate who attends both shows should plan each as a separate journey.
Planning the show days
A delegation usually needs three runs: the airport to the hotel on arrival, a morning run from the hotel to the show, and an evening return. Pick one departure time and tell the group in writing. For the evening, the show closes at 17:00, and an evening event on the site may run later, so agree the collection time with the driver before you leave, with a margin.
If your group arrives by private aircraft at DWC, the airport and the show are close, and the road to the hotel is the long leg. Tell us the arrival time and the hotel area when you ask for a quote. We cannot describe how any passenger is met at an airport on this page. Your written quote states the meeting arrangement for your terminal.
Choosing the vehicle
Our guide figures:
- Mercedes V-Class: up to 7 passengers and 6 bags.
- 13-seater HiAce: up to 13 passengers and about 10 suitcases.
- Mercedes Sprinter: up to 16 passengers and up to 12 suitcases.
- 30-seater mini coach and 50-seater coach for larger delegations.
Tell us how many bags and display cases you carry, and we confirm what fits.
How a booked vehicle fits
- Send the plan. Dates, flights, hotel area, party size and the show days.
- Ask for a fixed written quote. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
- Read the pick-up and drop-off arrangement. The quote states it, and we update it when the organiser publishes its notices.
- Agree the return times. We plan the margin and tell you what is not yet published.
- Tell us if plans change. We adjust where we can, and cannot promise to beat traffic.
