This page is for the people who organise Indian groups: travel agents and tour operators in India, corporate and incentive planners, society and club leaders, and the relative who plans the family trip for thirty. You are comparing operators from afar, you need the numbers in writing and you want one local driver who knows what the group expects.

We provide the vehicles and drivers. We do not sell tours, tickets, visas or hotel rooms.

Arrival patterns from India

Flights from major Indian cities take about 3 to 4 hours, and many land in Dubai at night or in the small hours. A group may land at 02:00 and need to reach a hotel with rooms not yet ready, or land at noon and want to see the city the same day. Dubai is about 1 hour 30 minutes behind India, so the group gains time on the way in.

Plan the first vehicle around the real landing time. Give us the flight number and the driver tracks it. Vegetarian meals and the lunch stop

Many Indian groups include vegetarian, Jain or no-onion-no-garlic eaters, and the lunch stop decides the mood of the afternoon. Tell the driver the dietary needs at the start. Dubai has plenty of vegetarian and Indian restaurants, and the driver can take the group to one that suits the route. The group leader should confirm the restaurant and its opening hours directly with the venue.

Allow 60 to 90 minutes for lunch with a large party, and decide on the meal in advance so the group does not wait for a table. We can wait in a permitted area and come back at the agreed time.

Family-size groups and the 13 to 50 seat choice

Most Indian group travel is family-based: parents, grandparents, children and cousins. That means mixed ages, a lot of luggage and a strong preference to stay together.

Starting rates cover a full day of up to 10 hours with driver and fuel. The written quote confirms the exact price for your date, route and hours. If your numbers fall between two sizes, ask for both on one quote and choose when headcount is final.

Luggage: the Indian group reality

Groups from India often travel with large suitcases and extra bags, including shopping on the way home. A 50-seater coach carries about one medium suitcase per passenger in the hold. A group with two large bags each needs a second vehicle for the bags. On the way out, plan for the shopping that people will do. Ask the group leader for a bag count before you finalise the vehicle.

Time on the road and when to start

Dubai traffic is heaviest on weekday mornings and late afternoons. A morning start at 09:00 after breakfast works well for families. In the cooler months, groups often add an evening activity and return after 21:00. Friday patterns differ from the rest of the week. Public holidays and the festive periods in India, such as Diwali and school holidays, bring more groups, so book early for those weeks. Dates vary, so check each year.

Example: a 36-person family tour, three days

This is an example only. A family of 36 lands from an Indian city, stays in a hotel in Bur Dubai and tours for two days. The 50-seater coach does the airport pickup, a city day and a half-day to Abu Dhabi. At starting rates that is AED 1,450 per day for each full day of coach use, and the quote lists the airport runs and the Abu Dhabi day separately. Money, language and communication

Quotes are in AED. Convert at your own bank’s rate when you compare quotes with rupee prices. We reply to enquiries in English and can keep messages short and clear. Use WhatsApp or email, and put names, flight numbers and hotels in writing.

Starting prices with driver and fuel, within Dubai. Hourly hire has a minimum number of hours, confirmed on your quote. Monthly prices are for a daily staff route; the route, hours and working days are confirmed on your quote. Your written quote gives the exact price for your date and route.
