Fourteen home nights, and a way back.

Dubai Basketball plays in the EuroLeague again in 2026/27, with its home games at Coca-Cola Arena. The club’s schedule lists 14 regular-season home games between 17 November 2026 and 16 April 2027, every one at 20:00. For a basketball fan or a club group visiting from Europe, here are the dates, what the arena says about getting in, and how to plan an evening that ends late.

The season

The club says it plays in the EuroLeague in 2026/27, its second season, and in the ABA League, with its home games at Coca-Cola Arena. It released the EuroLeague schedule on 29 July 2026. The club’s schedule page shows the home games after 31 October at 8:00 pm, which matches the label on its ticket page, UAE time (GMT plus 4). The club’s total for the regular season is 19 home games, and the 29 July release lists opponents for only five of them, so we list the 14 that the schedule page shows.

We are not the club’s transport provider and not a partner of the club. We sell no tickets and print no ticket prices. If the club’s notices and ours ever differ, follow the club.

Fixtures can change, and the ABA League has its own home games at the arena, several with times still to be decided. Check the club’s schedule before you book travel around a date. The club’s page also shows away games at late-night UAE times, for example from 22:00 to 00:00, which matters if your group plans to watch from the hotel.

What the arena says about getting in

Coca-Cola Arena’s own pages list a maximum bag size of 30 cm by 30 cm. Backpacks, bottles, outside food, cameras, laptops, selfie sticks and strollers are not allowed, larger bags can go to a paid kiosk outside, there is no re-entry, and the venue is cashless. The club’s ticket page offers group and corporate seating, premium floor seats, a premier club and private boxes, and the arena says group orders of more than 10 go through its box office. We say nothing about prices.

Capacity is not settled in the sources. The club’s FAQ on the arena site says up to 15,000 for basketball, the arena says 17,000 for the venue in general, and a third-party source says 13,221. They conflict, so we print no number.

Getting there, and the Metro hours

The arena is at City Walk, reached from Financial Centre Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. Its page says Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa Metro station is a short walk, a drop-off-only zone sits in front of entrances A, B and C, there is no valet, and paid parking is limited, ticketless and charged to Salik by default, with event-day rates that can differ from the posted ones.

The arena’s Metro table looks old. RTA’s own hours notice, issued for Ramadan on 16 February 2026, lists Sunday opening at 08:00, Friday running to 01:00 and the other days to 24:00. The notice we found was for a special period, so check RTA before you rely on any hours. All 14 home dates fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. No end time is published for the games, so we do not say when the Metro will still be running. If your group plans to go home by Metro, check RTA’s hours for your date. Our guide to when to combine the Metro and a coach helps with that decision.

How far the arena is

These are approximate drive times from our routing model, built on OpenStreetMap data, with no traffic and no event closures.

FromDistance to the arenaApproximate drive time
Dubai Airport (DXB)About 21.6 kmAbout 33 minutes. The arena says about 25 minutes
Downtown DubaiAbout 3.4 kmAbout 6 minutes
DeiraAbout 11.9 kmAbout 13 minutes
Dubai MarinaAbout 25.8 kmAbout 27 minutes
Palm JumeirahAbout 26.4 kmAbout 28 minutes

We pick no winner between the arena’s figure for the airport and ours, and we use the longer one when a flight is involved. Allow more on a game night.

Planning a game night

A 20:00 start means most visitors want to be inside well before, for the bag check and to find seats. Work backwards from the time you choose, add a margin for the approach, and agree the return time before you leave. The arena says its drop-off zone is for drop-off only, so a vehicle cannot wait at an entrance, and we cannot promise a stop there. We agree a drop-off point and a collection point with you.

If your group is in Downtown, the walk back is short. From the Marina or the Palm, the ride is about half an hour in free flow, and a late-night queue at the same point may be long. We cannot promise to beat it. For a group that visits on more than one date, the plan is the same each time, so a written arrangement is worth setting up once. The Coca-Cola Arena transport page covers the venue basics for any show.

Choosing the vehicle

Our guide figures:

How a booked vehicle fits

  1. Send the plan. The game date, hotel area, party size and the time you want to be back.
  2. Ask for a fixed written quote. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
  3. Read the pick-up and drop-off arrangement. The quote states it, and we update it when the club or arena publishes its notices.
  4. Agree the return time. We plan the margin and tell you what is not yet published.
  5. Tell us if plans change. We adjust where we can, and cannot promise to beat traffic.
