Dubai 7s: what we do, what we don’t.
People search for the same few things before the Emirates Dubai 7s: can I get tickets, can I park, where do the bags go, what about the children. Some of those are ours to answer. Most belong to the organisers. This page keeps the two apart so you know who to ask.

The short version
We are a private transport company in Dubai. We provide a vehicle, a driver and fuel for your group, and we put the plan and the hours in a written quote. That is the whole of what we do for the weekend.
We are not an official partner of the Emirates Dubai 7s, and we are not part of any package the organisers or their travel partners sell. We do not sell tickets or hospitality, and we have no say over the gates, the lanes or the car parks. Everything below about the event comes from the organisers’ own pages, read on 29 October 2026, and we tell you where we could not find an answer.

Get a quoteTickets: not ours
We do not sell tickets, passes or hospitality, and we cannot get you into the event. The organisers say tickets are digital and sit in the event app wallet. Printed tickets are not accepted and screenshots do not scan. If you cannot go, the organisers allow transfers through the app, and they say tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Buy from the organisers or an authorised seller. If a stranger offers you a ticket at the roadside or on a message board, walk away. We never quote ticket prices on this site, because they are not ours to quote.
Parking: not ours either
We cannot reserve or sell you a parking space. The organisers say there is ample parking on site for ticket holders, free, in designated public areas, and the venue says it has room for 15,000 cars at larger events. That is for private cars.
A hired coach or minibus is a different case. We have not found any published rule on whether a vehicle like that can stop at the gate, use the taxi point or wait nearby, so we do not promise it. We agree a drop-off point and a separate pick-up spot with you and check the organiser’s current notice before the day.
Security queues and bags
We cannot get you through a queue faster. A vehicle gets the group to the stadium and takes them home, and the entry lanes work the same for everyone once they are out of it.
Backpacks are allowed, and the organisers say they are scanned, with separate “Bag” lanes. Outside food and drink are not allowed, apart from baby food. Dogs are not allowed, with an exception for service dogs. We could not find the organisers’ full list of prohibited items, so check the event page, and the venue operator’s FAQ if you plan to bring anything unusual.
Luggage storage: there is none
The organisers say there are no lockers. We do not store luggage either, and a driver is not a cloakroom. If you land on the day, your bags go to the hotel first. Our guide to getting from Dubai airport to your hotel and the group airport transfer page cover the arrival run.
If the vehicle is waiting nearby and you want to leave a coat or a flag on board, ask when you book. We agree it in advance.
Children and the crèche rule
The organisers say there is no drop-off crèche in 2026. Children stay with an adult. What they do offer, per their site, is a kids’ zone from 10am to 6pm, an outdoor kids’ cinema each evening from 6pm to 9pm for ages 4 to 16, a soft play area for the youngest, buggy storage and baby changing. Rules for children’s tickets are theirs, so check the tickets page.
What we do is practical. For a family, we plan the return around the youngest child, not the finals. A vehicle that is ready at an agreed spot means nobody is queuing at a taxi rank with a tired five-year-old after 9pm. Child seats are a separate request, so ask when you send the booking. Our family holiday guide has more on travelling with children in Dubai.
Entry cut-off and the late return
Last entry to the site is 8pm, and there is no entry or re-entry after 9pm, on all three days. Before 9pm you can leave and come back with the digital ticket. We could not find official gate opening times, so check the app.
On the way out, the organisers run free festival buses from the stadium on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, every 15 minutes from 7pm until 1:30am, to five Dubai stops: DMCC Metro in JLT, Sports City, Studio City, Financial Centre Metro in DIFC and the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium. There is an RTA taxi rank, and a separate pick-up point for ride-hailing apps. None of it goes to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
A late return with us means the same vehicle at the same agreed spot. The finals on Sunday begin at 19:35, so say whether you want to leave before the end or stay until the trophy presentation, and we plan the hours to match. Anything later than the buses’ 1:30am end should be said at booking.
What we do, in a list
- One vehicle for the group, sized to the headcount: from the Mercedes V-Class and 13-seater van to the Sprinter and the 50-seater coach.
- A driver for the hours on the quote, with fuel included and anything extra listed before you accept. Our guide to what is in a bus rental quote explains each line.
- Pick-up from one or several hotels or offices, and a return to the same places.
- A fixed written quote, which you ask for through the booking page.
For a company bringing clients, the corporate chauffeur and VIP events pages describe how an account and a hosted day work. Hospitality itself is the organisers’, and the Sunroom guests have their own car park and gate.
Visas and government advice
We do not give entry or visa advice. For that, use your own government’s page: the UK’s is at gov.uk, Ireland’s at ireland.ie, Australia’s at smartraveller.gov.au and New Zealand’s at safetravel.govt.nz. Read the current version before you book flights, because these pages change.

Frequently asked.
Quick answers for this trip.
Do you sell tickets for the Emirates Dubai 7s?
No. We sell private vehicles with drivers. The organisers sell tickets, which are digital and held in the event app wallet.
Can you book parking for us?
No. The organisers describe parking on site for ticket holders, which is for private cars. We do not reserve spaces, and we have not found a published rule for hired coaches, so we agree a drop-off and pick-up spot with you.
Is there luggage storage at the stadium?
The organisers say there are no lockers. Take bags to the hotel first, and keep what you carry to a backpack that can be scanned.
Can children come, and is there a crèche?
The organisers run a kids’ zone from 10am to 6pm and an outdoor cinema from 6pm to 9pm, but there is no drop-off crèche in 2026. Check the tickets page for the rules on children’s entry.
What time is the last entry?
Last entry is 8pm, with no entry or re-entry after 9pm, on all three days. Gate opening times were not published on the pages we read, so check the app.
How do we get home late at night?
The free festival buses run from the stadium until 1:30am to five Dubai stops, and there are RTA taxis and a ride-hailing point. A pre-booked vehicle at an agreed spot is the other option, and we plan it with you.
Are you an official transport partner?
No. We are an independent company, not part of the organisers’ or their travel partners’ packages. We say so because some visitors ask.
Do you give visa or travel advice?
No. Please check your government’s official travel page for entry rules and current advice.

Know the rules, then book the vehicle.
