A short trip is a tight timetable

The flight from Cairo to Dubai takes about four hours, and there are routes from other Egyptian cities too, so check your airline for your own schedule. For a team that comes for three days, that makes the arrival and departure days almost as important as the days in between. A late landing eats a whole evening. An early departure means a 3 am start.

Time zones add a small twist. Egypt’s clock changes between summer and winter and the UAE’s does not, so the gap is 1 to 2 hours depending on the season. We write every pick-up time in UAE local time, and we suggest the group leader repeats the time in the group message with a note such as "Dubai time" to avoid mistakes on day one.

Corporate teams and Gulf business ties

Egyptian companies do a lot of business in the Gulf, and many visits are for meetings, supplier visits, trade events and team trips. A corporate team of 10 to 40 usually wants a vehicle that arrives early, keeps to a diary and does not need managing. We send the driver’s details the day before and the driver meets the first pick-up ten minutes ahead.

Friday: the day that needs its own plan

In the UAE, many people work Monday to Friday with a shorter Friday for some employers, and the weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Friday has a midday prayer period that affects opening hours at some venues and the flow of traffic around mosques, and many people go out in the evening. For a visiting group, the practical point is to avoid fixing a tight, time-critical stop in the late morning to early afternoon on a Friday without checking the venue.

Check the organiser or venue for dates, opening hours and entry rules for the exact day. Tell us the date and the programme and we flag any timing that needs a buffer. Hours of operation and public holidays vary, and Ramadan and Eid dates move each year.

Family parties and group visits

Family parties from Egypt often include several generations. That means slower boarding, a request for a bit more luggage space, and more stops for rest. A Sprinter or a mini coach has easy access and space for bags. For anyone with limited mobility, tell us when you book. We can send a car or V-Class alongside a larger vehicle on the same quote.

How many vehicles

Starting prices cover a full day of up to 10 hours with driver and fuel. Your written quote confirms the exact price for your date, route and hours. For a short stay, one vehicle that does the airport run and the day work often costs less than separate bookings, so ask us to price both ways.

Example: a company team of 26 for three days

Day one: arrival by an evening flight, a mini coach meets the team at DXB and takes them to a hotel in Business Bay. Day two: a morning meeting at an office, an afternoon at a mall, and dinner. The mini coach does a day rate. Day three: a check-out, a short city tour, and a departure to the airport in the late afternoon.

At the starting price, a mini coach day is from AED 1,100. For the three days, an example total of the day rates alone would be AED 3,300. The airport legs, tolls and waiting are on the written quote, which confirms the exact price. Put all three days in one request so the quote lists them together.

Airport days, tracked flights and bags

For hotels in the business districts, see DXB to Business Bay and DIFC. Short trips mean fewer bags, but returns often include shopping, so ask the group for a rough count of bags on the way back as well as on the way in.

What we need from you

The dates, the headcount, flights, hotel and venue addresses, and a rough programme. If you are an event organiser, add the event name and the address of the venue. We reply with a written quote that names the vehicle, the hours and what is included. Nothing is charged before you confirm. Starting rates are on the price page, and when you are ready, ask for a fixed written quote.
