Daily runs from your hotel to Expo City Dubai and the Dubai Exhibition Centre, airport pick-ups for speakers and VIP guests, and the same chauffeur for the whole show — quoted in writing.

Expo City Dubai, the legacy of Expo 2020, is now a permanent district for conferences, exhibitions and events, including the Dubai Exhibition Centre. It sits in Dubai South, well away from the hotels of Downtown and the Marina, and on show days its approach roads and car parks fill quickly. For exhibitors, speakers and VIP visitors, a chauffeur turns that daily journey into the quiet part of the day.
Our Expo City Dubai chauffeur service collects you from your hotel each morning, drops you at the gate that suits your hall or stand, and is waiting at the agreed point when the day ends. One booking can cover the whole week, with the same car and chauffeur throughout.
Expo City is reached from E311, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and the Expo Road, close to Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). Typical journey times outside the peaks:
On the opening morning of a major exhibition, traffic into the site can be heavy for an hour or more. We plan pick-ups with that in mind and suggest an earlier start on the first day.
Large events at Expo City usually set out designated drop-off zones and gates for cars, taxis and coaches, and these can change from one event to the next. Send us the event name and your hall or entrance when you book, and we will check the organiser’s access plan. If the event issues vehicle permits for a closer drop-off lane, forward the permit and the chauffeur will use it. Coaches and taxis often use separate lanes, so a private car with the right drop-off point can save a long walk across the site.
At the end of the day, the chauffeur waits at the agreed pick-up point. If your stand packs down late or a meeting overruns, a message is enough; extra time beyond the allowance on your quote is charged at the rate written there.
Exhibitors often need more than a car. A Mercedes V-Class takes seven people with room for display materials and samples, and a Mercedes Sprinter moves a stand team of up to sixteen from the hotel each morning. For senior guests and speakers, an executive sedan or a Rolls-Royce handles the airport arrival and the daily run.
Larger delegations are covered by our event transport team, with timed shuttle loops between hotels and the venue.
Exhibition days often end with a dinner, a reception or a networking event elsewhere in the city. Your chauffeur can take you straight from the hall to the evening venue and then back to the hotel, so there is no queue at the taxi rank with everyone else leaving the site. If the day is likely to run late, book by the hour and the chauffeur stays with you until the last drop-off.
For a show that runs over several days, send us the daily schedule for each traveller: hotel, first pick-up time, expected finish and any evening commitments. We return a single quote covering every day and every vehicle, with the same chauffeur assigned to each traveller wherever possible. Changes are free up to 24 hours before each pick-up, and on the day itself a message to the chauffeur is enough to adjust the timing.
Most international visitors land at DXB; Al Maktoum International (DWC) is only a few minutes from Expo City when flights use it. Share flight numbers when you book and each guest is met in the arrivals hall with a name board, the flight tracked, and driven either to the hotel or straight to the venue.
For companies with many arrivals over several days, we plan the meet-and-greets as one schedule and send it to you for approval. Corporate clients can put the whole programme on one corporate account with a single monthly invoice.

It depends on the event. Large exhibitions and conferences usually set designated drop-off zones and gates for private cars, and these can differ from show to show. Tell us the event and your hall when you book; we check the organiser’s access plan and confirm the drop-off point in writing.
Around 35 to 50 minutes outside the rush hours, via Sheikh Zayed Road or Al Khail Road and then E311. On the opening morning of a major exhibition, allow extra time for traffic into the site; we build that into the pick-up time we propose.
Yes. Book the days together and we will do our best to keep the same chauffeur and vehicle throughout, so the morning routine is identical each day. Each day’s hours are written on the quote, and changes are free up to 24 hours before each pick-up.
Yes, within reason. The Mercedes V-Class carries seven people with luggage space behind, and the Mercedes Sprinter takes up to sixteen with a rear luggage area. Tell us the size and number of boxes; for heavy freight or stand-building materials, a dedicated logistics company is the better choice.
Only if the organiser requires them for a closer drop-off lane or a restricted car park. If your event issues vehicle permits, forward the permit with the booking and we will match it to the vehicle we confirm. Otherwise, the chauffeur uses the public drop-off zones set out for that event.
Yes. Share each speaker’s flight number and session time. The chauffeur tracks the flight, meets them in the arrivals hall with a name board and drives either to the hotel or directly to Expo City, depending on how much time there is before they are due on stage.
