Your reference
A chauffeur service in Dubai is more than a nice car with someone at the wheel. What you pay for is preparation. The chauffeur knows your name, your flight, the address and the entrance before you get in, so you never have to explain anything twice. Presentation comes next, meaning a uniform and a spotless car. Then discretion: a quiet cabin where calls and conversations stay private.
A taxi gets you from A to B, and for plenty of journeys that’s all you need. A good chauffeur is for the days when the details matter.
Our chauffeurs drive four cars: an executive sedan, a luxury SUV, the Mercedes V-Class and a Rolls-Royce. You can book one way, by the hour, for the day or on a regular basis. Every booking starts with a written, fixed quote. Fuel is included, the tolls, parking and waiting allowance are listed, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
Prices depend on the date and group size. Get yours in a minute.
Get my priceThis happens on every booking, whether it is a single airport run or a week of meetings.
We take down what matters: the guest’s name, every address and its entrance, flight numbers, timings, luggage and any preferences. Mention something once, say a quiet ride or a particular hotel door, and it goes into the chauffeur’s brief.
You receive the chauffeur’s details before pick-up. The chauffeur checks the route and the traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road and the Creek crossings for the time you are travelling, and leaves early enough that the car isn’t stuck in a queue when you walk out.
The car is at the kerb ten minutes before the agreed time with the cabin already cooled, and the chauffeur asks for you by name. At the airport they wait in the arrivals hall with a name board. Every booking has a reference starting with DBS, which the chauffeur can quote if you want to check you have the right car.
Before moving off, the chauffeur asks everyone to fasten their seat belts and if you would like music, the radio or quiet. The route is the one agreed, adjusted for the traffic at the time.
On hourly and full-day bookings the chauffeur waits in nearby parking or a permitted waiting area, with the car kept cool, and comes back to the door when you message. Hotels guard their driveways closely, so waiting nearby rather than at the entrance is normal in Dubai. It doesn’t mean the car has gone.
The chauffeur opens the door, takes the luggage to the entrance and hands it to the porter, and confirms the next pick-up time if there is one.
Here is how a chauffeur booking comes together when the details matter. It’s an example, and the timings are illustrative.
A family is celebrating a grandmother’s eightieth birthday at a restaurant in Madinat Jumeirah. Her son books from London. He asks for a Rolls-Royce to collect her from a villa in Arabian Ranches at 6.30pm, and a Mercedes V-Class to bring six relatives from two hotels in Dubai Marina.
The brief for both chauffeurs has the guest names, the villa gate code, the restaurant’s entrance and a note that she uses a walking stick and prefers to sit behind the passenger seat. The Rolls-Royce chauffeur arrives at 6.20, waits at the gate and helps her into the car. The V-Class collects the family at 6.15 and 6.25, so they are standing at the entrance when she arrives.
Both cars are booked by the hour and wait nearby during dinner. At 10.40 the son messages from London: they are running late. Nobody needs to rebook anything. Extra time is charged at the hourly rate already written on the quote, and the confirmation went to him, not to the guests.
Every chauffeur is vetted before joining us. All wear uniform, and those driving the Rolls-Royce wear formal uniform. All speak English, and many speak other languages too. If you need a particular language, such as Arabic, ask when you book and we will confirm in writing whether we can assign a chauffeur who speaks it.
They drive Dubai’s roads every day. They know the hotel entrances, the venue gates and which route is quickest at 8am and which at 6pm. They are briefed on confidentiality as standard, so the itinerary goes only to people who need it and conversations in the car stay in the car.
One limit worth knowing. They are chauffeurs, not licensed tour guides. They’ll happily suggest a good time to visit somewhere, but for commentary inside a museum or a heritage site, book a guide and we will plan the driving around their timings.
Four cars, four jobs. Passenger numbers do not include the chauffeur, and bags are medium suitcases.
| Car | Fits | Best for | From per day |

| Luxury SUV (Escalade, Yukon or Tahoe) | 6 guests, 5 bags | Families, delegations, desert roads | AED 1,100 |
| Mercedes V-Class | 7 guests, 6 bags | Executive teams, airport groups | AED 1,150 |
| Rolls-Royce (Cullinan or Ghost, or similar) | 4 guests, 2 bags | Weddings, anniversaries, VIP arrivals | AED 3,500 |
Prices are for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with chauffeur and fuel. Airport and one-way trips are priced per trip on your written quote.
Premium categories in ride-hailing apps are fine for one trip across town. The app sets the price, the car is whichever one is nearby, and nobody has read a brief. A chauffeur booking works the other way round. You fix the car class, the time and the price in writing, the same person is waiting where you said, and the car stays with you between stops.
One hop to a restaurant: use the app. A day of meetings, a guest you want looked after, or a family with a 2am flight: book the chauffeur. If you are comparing it with a plain taxi, the taxi fares guide has the numbers, and the car with driver page covers hourly, daily and monthly bookings.
For the occasions where the car is part of the moment, our luxury chauffeur service puts a Rolls-Royce Cullinan or Ghost, or similar, at the kerb with a chauffeur in formal uniform. Features such as the starlight headliner depend on the model. Champagne glasses can be in the car on request.
The executive sedan is the quieter kind of luxury, the one most business clients prefer. It is a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series or Lexus LS, or similar, with privacy glass and its own climate control in the back.
Most of the luxury is in details you never have to think about. Tell us the dress code, black tie for example, and the chauffeur is briefed on it. Tell us the moment you want the door opened at a red-carpet arrival and the car waits nearby and moves in on cue. Tell us where the photographer wants the car and it will be there. For VIP arrivals at the airport, see Rolls-Royce airport transfer, and for weddings, wedding car with driver.
The Rolls-Royce seats four with two bags, so it is a car for people, not for luggage. A party with cases should add an SUV or V-Class to the same quote: it carries the bags and goes ahead to the hotel, and the Rolls-Royce does the arrival.
Weekends and wedding season, October to April, fill up first. Book early, and tell us the exact model you would like so we can confirm in writing whether we can assign it. For arrivals see Rolls-Royce airport transfer, and for the day itself wedding car with driver.
A personal chauffeur in Dubai means the same professional, who already knows your routine, for each booking. If you visit often or book every week, name the chauffeur you would like in your booking notes and we assign them whenever they are available. Regular corporate travellers are matched with consistent chauffeurs wherever possible. After a few trips the addresses, the preferred routes and the way you like the day to run are familiar.
For a stay of several days, ask in the notes and we do our best to keep the same chauffeur and car throughout. And if you need a chauffeur on a fixed schedule, set days and set hours month after month, our personal driver page explains how hourly, daily and monthly arrangements work and how we quote them.
Business clients book us for visiting executives, board members, investor roadshows and the daily airport run. If your company needs its own non-disclosure agreement for a booking, send it with the request and we review it before confirming.
Assistants can book for any traveller. The confirmation goes to the person who booked and the name board shows the guest. Companies that book regularly can have one consolidated invoice a month, broken down by cost centre on request. See corporate chauffeur service, and for meeting days in the financial district, DIFC chauffeur service.
Airport chauffeur service starts before you land. Give us the flight number and the chauffeur tracks it, so an early landing or a delay simply moves the pick-up. Airline delays never count against your waiting allowance.
At DXB the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. At Terminal 3, Emirates First and Business passengers can be met at the dedicated premium exit on request. We also meet flights at DWC, at Sharjah and at Zayed International in Abu Dhabi, and private aviation terminals can be arranged on request. See airport chauffeur and our guide to meeting your driver at DXB.
A chauffeur service should bend around you, not the other way round. These are the requests we hear most, and all of them can go in the booking notes:
If something matters to you and isn’t on this list, ask. The worst answer is a polite no before you book, rather than a surprise on the day.
Most guests sit in the back, which is where the cars are set up for comfort, with their own climate control. The front seat is fine if you prefer it. Children under ten, or shorter than 145 cm, must sit in the back by law.
Gratuities are never added to our quotes and aren’t expected. If a chauffeur made a long day easier and you want to thank them, that’s your choice, and it makes no difference to the service.
Every quote includes a waiting allowance, written on it. Beyond that, extra time is charged at the rate shown on the same quote, so you know what running late costs before it happens. On hourly bookings, waiting is simply part of the hours.
Within an hourly or full-day booking, the order of stops is yours. Just tell the chauffeur. If a change would take you out of Dubai, check with us first, because intercity journeys are quoted separately.
Our starting prices for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with chauffeur and fuel, are AED 950 for the executive sedan, AED 1,100 for the luxury SUV, AED 1,150 for the Mercedes V-Class and AED 3,500 for the Rolls-Royce. Hourly bookings start from four hours within Dubai. Airport and one-way journeys are priced per trip.
Your written quote confirms the exact price for your date, route and hours. We don’t add surge pricing for late nights, public holidays or rain. Tolls, parking and waiting are listed on your quote, not added afterwards. For every car side by side with its price, see limousine Dubai.
Whoever you book with, a handful of questions separate a professional chauffeur service from a car and a phone number. Here is what a good answer sounds like.
| Ask | A good answer |
|---|---|
| Is the price fixed in writing? | Yes, before you confirm, with nothing added afterwards |
| Are tolls, parking and waiting included? | Listed on the quote, with the waiting allowance and the rate for extra time |
| Is my flight tracked? | Yes, and airline delays don’t count against the waiting time |
| Will I know who is coming? | The chauffeur’s details arrive before pick-up |
| Which car, exactly? | The class is named on the quote; a specific model is confirmed in writing if you ask |
| What if I cancel? | The terms are written on the quote before you accept it |
| Is VAT shown? | Yes, where it applies, on the invoice |
If a company can’t answer these clearly before you book, the day itself is unlikely to go better.
Send the pick-up, the destination or the plan for the day, the date and time and the number of guests, through the quote card on this page or the booking page. A fixed, written quote follows by email, usually within the hour. Reply to confirm; nothing is charged before then.
For cars, 24 hours’ notice is usually enough. For a Rolls-Royce on a peak date or a wedding, book as early as you can. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 126 1681 or email info@dubaibusservices.com.

A full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai starts from AED 950 for an executive sedan and AED 3,500 for a Rolls-Royce, with chauffeur and fuel. Hourly bookings start from four hours within Dubai, and the hourly rate is written on your quote.
Both drive you. A chauffeur service adds everything around the drive: a brief before the job, a uniform, a meet-and-greet, waiting between stops, help with luggage and discretion. With us, that standard comes with every booking, whatever the car.
It isn’t expected. Gratuities are never added to our quotes, and the service is the same either way. If a chauffeur made a long day easier and you’d like to thank them, that’s entirely up to you.
Yes. All our chauffeurs speak English, and many speak other languages. Tell us the language when you book and we will confirm in writing whether we can assign a chauffeur who speaks it for your trip.
Whenever they are available, yes. Name the chauffeur in your booking notes. Regular corporate travellers are matched with consistent chauffeurs wherever possible, so routines and preferences don’t need explaining every time.
For one short journey, a taxi is usually better value. A chauffeur is worth it when timing, luggage, waiting or presentation matter: an airport arrival, a day of meetings, a family with children, an occasion. You also get a fixed price, so there is no meter and no surge.
On an hourly or full-day booking, yes. The chauffeur waits nearby with the car cool and comes to the door when you message. On a one-way transfer, the quote includes a waiting allowance, with extra time at the rate written on it.
With us: a Rolls-Royce or an executive sedan, a uniformed chauffeur (formal uniform in the Rolls-Royce), a brief before the job, chilled water on board, flight tracking on airport bookings and a fixed price with tolls and parking listed. Ribbons, champagne glasses and Wi-Fi in the sedan are available on request.
From AED 3,500 for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with chauffeur and fuel. Airport and one-way trips are priced per trip on your written quote.
Our luxury SUV class is a Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon or Chevrolet Tahoe, from AED 1,100 per day. Ask for a particular model when you book and we confirm in writing whether we can assign it.
Some airlines include a chauffeur with certain premium tickets. If yours does, use it for that leg. Book us for the legs it does not cover: the return, the days in between, or family members who are not on that fare. Check your own booking for what it includes.
Yes. Intercity journeys are quoted separately from the Dubai day price. A sedan to Sharjah Airport starts from AED 120 one way and to Abu Dhabi Airport from AED 300 one way; see our intercity transfers.
