Dubai Tennis Championships group transport

The tournament runs for two weeks in two parts, and a group that picks the right week and the right session time makes the transport easy.

Tennis stadium in Dubai lit up for an evening session

Two weeks, two events

The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships are listed for 14 to 27 February 2027. The organiser’s schedule shows the women’s event first, from 14 to 20 February, and the men’s event second, from 22 to 27 February. Check the organiser’s schedule for which rounds fall on which day, and for session times, since the order of play changes through the week.

For a group planner, the first decision is which week. The women’s event is a larger-tier tournament and the men’s is a smaller one, so the crowd, the players and the hotel demand differ. Pick the week that fits the guests, then pick the session. We do not sell tickets, and the organiser sets entry rules and ticket categories.

Day sessions and evening sessions

Tennis at this tournament is split into a day session and an evening session, and a group buying tickets for one or the other has a different transport shape.

SessionGroup planVehicle approach
Day sessionHotel pickup in the late morning, lunch, matches, return in the afternoonDrop and return, or wait
Evening sessionPickup in the late afternoon, dinner near the stadium, matches, late returnWait or return for a set time

The exact session times and their order are the organiser’s to set. Tell us the times you have and we plan the pickup.

The short hop from the hotel

The stadium is the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium, per the organiser. Ask the organiser for the address and the visitor entrance, then tell us where your hotel is. For groups staying in Deira, Bur Dubai or Business Bay the trip is usually shorter, and for groups in Dubai Marina or on the Palm it is longer.

Do not read short as easy. The evening return coincides with the end of the working day, and the roads carry commuters. We give no fixed minutes. Ask for a pickup time and we add a margin. The DXB to Deira and Bur Dubai transfer page covers the area.

Tour groups

A tour group of 25 fans from Europe might book three nights in Dubai around two sessions. The shape of the trip: arrival and a hotel night, a day tour or free day, a session, a second free day, a session, departure. The transport fits around the sessions, not the other way round.

For this kind of party, a 30-seater mini coach for the whole stay keeps one driver and one vehicle for every leg, including the airport. Read our 3-day and 5-day coach itinerary guide for how we fit city days around a fixed event.

Academies and school squads

Junior tennis academies often travel to watch professional matches in the same week they train. For these groups, the vehicle must meet two clocks: the coach’s training times and the tournament’s session times. Bags are rackets, kit and water bottles.

Supervision is yours. We provide a driver and a licensed vehicle, and the academy provides the adults. A Mercedes Sprinter suits a squad of up to 16 and a mini coach a larger one. See the school bus rental page for how we handle school groups.

Corporate hospitality and guests

A company hosting clients at a tennis session wants a smooth arrival and a calm return. A luxury SUV or V-Class from the hotel to the entrance for four to seven guests works well. For larger parties, a coach carries staff, and cars carry key guests.

Dress for the evening session is smart casual in most hospitality settings, and the car should be ready when guests walk out. Read about our VIP events service for formats.

An example: a 20-person tour party on a men’s week session

Tennis fans from Germany, staying in Business Bay for four nights

This is an example to show the shape of a booking, not a quote. The group of 20 lands in the early morning. A 30-seater mini coach meets them, goes to the hotel, and comes back for an evening session on the second night. On the departure day the same vehicle takes them to the airport.

The 30-seater mini coach starts from AED 1,100 for a full day of up to 10 hours with driver and fuel, per our price page. A match night is shorter than a full day, so ask for an evening basis on the quote. The written quote confirms the exact price for your dates, route and hours.

Timing and buffers

Arrive before the session starts. Security, bag checks and finding the seats take time at any stadium. The entry rules are the organiser’s, so check them and tell the group what they can bring. Also tell the group where the return pickup is, and make it clear and easy to find.

The tournament overlaps with school half-terms in several countries, which can mean busier flights. Check airline timings and send your flight numbers. For the full picture of the season, see the peak season guide.

Planning around the dates

The tennis week follows the Dubai Marathon (17 January) and the Hero Dubai Desert Classic in January, so a sports-minded group can build a longer tour. Read the Desert Classic guide if your group plays golf too. For airport and hotel legs, the airport transfer page describes the meeting points.

What we need to quote

Send the dates, the sessions you plan to attend, the hotel, the number of people, and the airport flights. We reply with a fixed written quote in AED. Use the booking page and check the price page for starting rates.

Frequently asked.

Quick answers for this trip.

When are the Dubai Tennis Championships?

The organiser lists 14 to 27 February 2027, with the women’s event first and the men’s second. Check their schedule for exact days and session times.

Do you sell tickets?

No. Tickets and entry rules come from the organiser. We provide the vehicle and driver.

Should we book day or evening sessions?

That is your choice. Day sessions suit families and school groups. Evening sessions suit corporate guests and fans who want a night out.

Can the driver wait during the session?

Yes. Waiting hours go on the quote. Or the vehicle can leave and come back at a set time.

Do you do airport legs as well?

Yes. Send your flight numbers and we add the arrival and departure legs to the same quote.

Is a mini coach too big for 15 people?

A Sprinter seats up to 16 and suits that size. A mini coach gives more space for rackets and bags.

Can you take an academy squad?

Yes, with a vehicle and driver. The academy provides the supervising adults.

Do you give visa advice?

No. Check the official ICP and GDRFA sites for your passport and travel dates.

Book the vehicle first, then the seat on court.
