We supply cars and chauffeurs. That is the whole offer on this page: a chauffeured car for the couple, cars for the two families, and shuttles for guests. We do not plan the wedding, and nothing here says anything about the venue, the programme or the paperwork. Your planner and your venue answer those.

Four cars carry chauffeurs on our fleet. Passenger numbers do not count the chauffeur, and a bag is a medium suitcase.

Tell us the exact model you want, and the colour if it matters, and we confirm in writing whether we can assign it. Do not assume it from a photograph on any website, ours included. The Rolls-Royce chauffeur wears formal uniform.
One honest limit. The Rolls-Royce seats four people and two bags, so it is a car for people, not for luggage. If the couple arrive with cases, a second car carries them.
How many cars a wedding needs: a worked example
This is our own arithmetic on the seat counts above, not a quote. A couple, both sets of parents and a bridal party travel on the same morning.

Three vehicles, one timetable. The couple go first. The family car leaves from the other hotel in time to be at the door before the Rolls-Royce arrives. The full list of vehicles is on the 13-seater van and Sprinter pages. For the whole convoy, ask for one written quote with every car on it.
How the hours are counted
There are three ways to book the couple car. A one-way transfer covers a single journey. An hourly booking starts from four hours within Dubai. A full day covers up to 10 hours within Dubai, with chauffeur and fuel. The hourly chauffeur page explains the hourly option.
Count the whole evening, not just the ceremony. A car that runs from four in the afternoon until one in the morning is nine hours. Every quote has a waiting allowance, and any extra time is charged at the rate written on the same quote, so you can see what a late finish costs before it happens. On an hourly booking, waiting is simply part of the hours.

The chauffeur and the car on the day
The chauffeur is vetted and briefed before the job. They arrive ten minutes before the agreed time, with the cabin already cooled and chilled water on board, and they ask for the booker by name. They speak English. Our chauffeur service page sets out the standard for every booking.
Give us the address and the exact entrance for every stop, the time for each leg, who rides in which car and where each car goes next. Between stops the car waits nearby and comes back to the door when you message. The same brief covers the end of the night, whether the couple go to a hotel or to the airport.

Booking from abroad: how early
Weddings concentrate in the cooler months, roughly October to April, and weekend dates go first. For cars, 24 hours of notice is usually enough on an ordinary date. A particular Rolls-Royce on a busy Saturday is a different matter. Book once the date and the venue are fixed. You can still change the times later. You cannot easily find a second Rolls-Royce in the same week.
Arrival day and guest transfers

Guests are a separate job. A shuttle loop between the hotels and the venue runs to a last departure agreed in advance, as the Dubai shuttle service page describes. - The pick-up address and entrance, and the venue name for each stop.
- Start and finish times, with the finish as late as it could run.
- Who rides in each car, and how many bags.
- The car you would like, and a second choice.
- A contact on the day who is not the bride or groom, with a mobile number that works in the UAE.

Can the chauffeur wait through the ceremony?
Yes, on an hourly or full-day booking. The car waits nearby and comes to the door when you message. On a one-way transfer the quote has a waiting allowance, with extra time at the written rate.
What does a wedding car cost?
Ask for a fixed written quote. It depends on the car, the date, the hours and the route, and we put it in writing before you accept.
