Rolls-Royce airport transfer in Dubai

Some arrivals deserve more than a ride. A board member landing for a signing, a couple at the start of a honeymoon, a parent arriving for a wedding, a guest you want to welcome properly: for those moments, our Rolls-Royce airport transfer turns the first half-hour in Dubai into part of the occasion.

Your chauffeur, in formal uniform, tracks the flight, waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, takes the luggage and walks you to a Rolls-Royce that is cool, spotless and ready. From there it is a quiet drive to your hotel, villa or meeting. The price is fixed in writing beforehand, with airport parking and Salik tolls already included.

Cullinan or Ghost?

We offer the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and the Ghost, or a similar model, and confirm the exact car on your quote. The Cullinan is the taller of the two, an SUV with a raised seating position that some guests find easier to step in and out of after a long flight. The Ghost is a classic saloon, long and low, and many people simply prefer its look on arrival. Both seat up to four guests, and both have the rear-hinged coach doors that make arriving in one so memorable.

Luggage: plan it now, not at the kerb

A Rolls-Royce is not a luggage car. It takes up to two medium suitcases, which suits a couple travelling light or an executive with a carry-on and a suit bag. For more than that, we add a second vehicle, usually an executive sedan or a Mercedes V-Class, which follows directly behind and delivers the bags to your hotel at the same time. One quote covers both.

Tell us the number and size of bags when you book, along with anything unusual such as golf clubs or a pram, and we will plan the vehicles accordingly. A luggage vehicle is also the discreet choice for guests who would rather not wait at the kerb while bags are loaded.

What to expect on board

The cabin is cooled before you reach it, with chilled water and phone chargers ready, and the chauffeur will ask whether you prefer music, the radio or quiet. Features such as the starlight headliner and the rear seating layout vary by model, so if a particular detail matters, mention it and we will confirm it on your quote. The chauffeur handles the doors at both ends and carries your bags to the hotel entrance, where the porters take over.

Occasions we plan for

  • Board members and investors arriving for a signing or an announcement
  • Honeymoon couples, with the car booked straight through to the hotel
  • Family elders arriving for a wedding, met with the bridal car or a matching vehicle
  • Performers and public figures who need a discreet, punctual arrival

Whatever the occasion, tell us in the notes what would make the arrival right, and the chauffeur will be briefed on it before the flight lands.

At the airport

At Dubai International, your chauffeur meets you in the public arrivals hall of Terminal 1, 2 or 3, just beyond customs. If you are flying First or Business with Emirates into Terminal 3, tell us and we can meet you at the dedicated exit for premium passengers. Because we track the flight, an early landing or a delay simply moves the pick-up; the waiting allowance is written on your quote and the airline’s timing never counts against it.

We cover Al Maktoum International (DWC), Sharjah and Zayed International in Abu Dhabi in the same way. Our guide to meeting your driver at DXB explains each terminal step by step.

Typical journeys from DXB

  • Downtown Dubai and DIFC: around 15–25 minutes
  • Dubai Marina and JBR: around 35–45 minutes
  • Palm Jumeirah: around 35–45 minutes
  • Abu Dhabi city: around 1 hour 45 minutes

Departures, and booking for someone else

The Rolls-Royce works just as well in the other direction, from your hotel to the departures kerb with time to spare. You can also book it for a guest: the name board shows their name, the confirmation comes to you, and the chauffeur has your instructions, whether that is a particular hotel entrance, a stop on the way or a welcome card on the seat.

For weddings and celebrations during the same visit, see our wedding car with driver page, or the Rolls-Royce in the fleet.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How many suitcases fit in the Rolls-Royce?

Up to two medium suitcases, plus small hand luggage. That suits a couple travelling light or an executive with a carry-on. For more bags, we add a second vehicle that follows directly behind and arrives at your hotel at the same time; both vehicles sit on one quote.

Can I choose between the Cullinan and the Ghost?

Yes. Tell us your preference when you request a quote. We confirm the exact model in writing before you book, and if your first choice is not available on your date, we will tell you at once and suggest the closest alternative, so nothing is left to chance on the day.

Where will the chauffeur meet me at Terminal 3?

In the public arrivals hall after customs, holding a name board. If you are travelling First or Business with Emirates, tell us when you book and we can meet you at the dedicated exit for premium passengers instead. Your confirmation sets out the meeting point clearly.

Can I book the Rolls-Royce for a guest arriving on their own?

Yes. Book in your own name and add the guest’s name and flight number. The chauffeur meets them with their name on the board, and you receive the confirmation. Any special instructions, such as a particular hotel entrance or a welcome card, go in the notes box.

Is the Rolls-Royce available for departures as well as arrivals?

Yes. We collect you from your hotel, villa or office and drive you to the departures kerb, with the pick-up time worked back from your flight. As with arrivals, the price is fixed in writing beforehand, with tolls and parking included.

Can you add cars for the rest of our party?

Yes. Many VIP arrivals combine a Rolls-Royce for the principal guest with an executive sedan, a luxury SUV or a Mercedes V-Class for colleagues or family. All the vehicles run to the same flight-tracked timetable and sit on a single quote.
