We don’t run a disco bus with a pole and a bar. We do have VIP-layout Sprinters, mini coaches and coaches with a driver, so the whole group arrives together and gets home together.
Your reference
If you’re looking at party bus rental in Dubai, you’ve probably seen the photos. Laser lights, a dance pole, a bar down the middle. We don’t have one of those and we won’t pretend to. Our fleet has no party buses and no stretch limousines.
What we do have is the vehicle most groups end up booking anyway. That’s a Mercedes Sprinter in a VIP layout, with fewer, wider leather seats and a lounge feel (mood lighting depends on the vehicle), plus mini coaches and 50-seat coaches for bigger crowds. Each one comes with a professional driver who collects the group, waits between stops and takes everyone home at the end of the night. For a party of up to seven, the Mercedes V-Class does the same job in a smaller package.
Prices depend on the date and group size. Get yours in a minute.
Get my priceA party bus is still a road vehicle, and UAE law says every passenger wears a seat belt. Nobody dances in the aisle once the wheels turn, whatever the photos suggest. So the ride comes down to the seats, the air-conditioning and the company, and a well-finished Sprinter gets those right.
It’s practical too. A Sprinter gets into hotel driveways, villa streets and restaurant drop-offs where a long vehicle can’t, and it waits nearby while you’re inside. It’s quieter than a big bus, so people can actually talk on the way. In its standard layout it carries up to sixteen, which covers most birthday and stag groups in one vehicle.
Our honest view: for 18 people we’d send the mini coach, not a Sprinter plus a car. One vehicle means one arrival, and nobody is left outside the venue waiting for the second car. If the guest of honour should arrive separately, add a car from our limousine service to the same quote.
Birthdays and milestone dinners come first. A typical night is a pick-up at home or the hotel, dinner, a second venue and drop-offs at the end. Stag and hen weekends are next, often a daytime activity followed by a late night, and both days can sit on one quote.
Then there are the fixed-date nights: a concert at the Coca-Cola Arena, the Formula 1 weekend at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, a desert camp dinner off the Al Qudra road, New Year’s Eve. These book up early. On New Year’s Eve, roads around Downtown close hours before midnight, so we agree a drop-off point outside the closures in advance. At desert camps, the dune driving is done in the camp’s own 4x4s and our driver waits at the entrance.
Company parties and team nights out work the same way, usually with a coach or two from the office and drop-offs at a few central points afterwards. For gala evenings with staggered arrivals, see our event transport page.
Our vehicles are transport, not licensed venues. UAE law and local rules on what is allowed inside vehicles apply on every journey, and the driver will ask the group to respect them. In practice:
It sounds strict. It isn’t, really. Groups that plan the night around the venues have a better time than groups trying to party in a moving van, and everyone gets home in one piece.
Hourly hire starts at four hours within Dubai, and the driver stays with the vehicle between stops, a message away. Give us the shape of the night: first pick-up, each venue with a rough time, and the last drop-off. Two or three pick-up points are fine. Ten turns the first hour into a school run.
Hotels and beach clubs manage their entrances closely on a busy night, and some send larger vehicles to a side entrance. We check the drop-off beforehand and tell the group where to meet at the end. If the night runs late, the extra time is charged at the hourly rate on your quote, with no late-night surcharge on top. Our page on hourly hire explains how waiting works.
Splitting up at the end? Add the drop-off addresses when you book. A Sprinter can usually drop at four or five homes across the city in an hour or so, depending on where they are.
You can book a night out two ways. Hourly hire starts at four hours within Dubai, at the hourly rate on your quote. A full-day booking covers up to 10 hours within Dubai with driver and fuel: from AED 2,450 per day for the Mercedes Sprinter, from AED 1,150 per day for the V-Class, from AED 1,100 per day for the 30-seater mini coach and from AED 1,450 per day for the 50-seater coach. Tell us your times and we’ll suggest whichever works out cheaper.
Example: a 40th birthday, 14 guests. Pick-up at 7pm in Arabian Ranches, dinner in Downtown, a rooftop lounge in Dubai Marina, home by 2am. That’s seven hours in a Sprinter. As a day booking it starts from AED 2,450 per day, and we’d price it by the hour as well and send you the lower figure.
Example: a hen party, 24 guests. An afternoon pick-up from two villas in Jumeirah, a beach club, then dinner at Madinat Jumeirah. The 30-seater mini coach takes everyone, from AED 1,100 per day.
Example: an office party, 46 staff. One 50-seater from an office in Business Bay to a desert camp dinner at Al Qudra and back. The camp is inside Dubai, so the coach starts from AED 1,450 per day.
These are illustrations, not quotes. Taking the party to Abu Dhabi for the Grand Prix or a concert is quoted as an intercity day, and our bus rental price guide explains how a quote is built.
Send the date, the start and finish times, every pick-up and drop-off address, the venues in order, the headcount and the occasion. Use the quote card on this page or the booking page, message +971 54 126 1681 on WhatsApp, or email info@dubaibusservices.com. A fixed, written quote usually comes back within the hour. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and changes and cancellations follow the terms on your written quote. For New Year’s Eve, the Grand Prix weekend and Saturday nights in the cooler months, book as early as you can.

Quick answers for this trip.
No. We don’t run party buses or stretch limousines. For up to sixteen people we use a Mercedes Sprinter, in a VIP layout if the numbers allow, and for bigger groups a mini coach or a 50-seat coach, all with a driver.
Hourly hire starts at four hours within Dubai, at the rate on your quote. Full-day bookings of up to 10 hours start from AED 2,450 per day for a Mercedes Sprinter, from AED 1,100 per day for a 30-seater mini coach and from AED 1,450 per day for a 50-seater coach, with driver and fuel.
Plan the drinks for the venue, not the ride. Our vehicles are transport, not licensed venues, and the UAE’s rules on what is allowed inside vehicles apply on every journey. The driver will ask the group to respect them. Chilled water is on board as standard.
No. UAE law requires every passenger to wear a seat belt, front and rear, and the driver won’t set off until everyone is buckled in. Save the dancing for the venue.
A Mercedes Sprinter takes up to sixteen in its standard layout and fewer in the VIP layout. The mini coach takes 22 to 30 and the coach fifty. For bigger groups we combine vehicles on one quote.
Ask when you book. Equipment varies from vehicle to vehicle, so we’ll tell you in writing what the vehicle on your date has. The mini coach has a PA microphone on request and the coach has a PA system, which is handy for speeches.
Four hours within Dubai for hourly hire. A one-way run, such as taking the group to a venue with no return, can be quoted as a transfer instead.
No. We don’t add surcharges for late nights, public holidays or rain, and New Year’s Eve is no exception. Availability is the real problem, so book early and expect a drop-off point outside the Downtown road closures.
