Your reference
Luxury bus rental in Dubai means a group vehicle with a cabin you would actually choose to sit in: leather seats with room to stretch, a quiet, cold interior, and an arrival that looks right outside a hotel or a client’s office. It is how delegations, wedding parties and incentive groups travel together without giving up the comfort of a private car.
We have three options. The Mercedes Sprinter in VIP layout has fewer, wider seats arranged like a lounge. The standard Sprinter takes up to sixteen in reclining leather seats. And our 50-seat coach has leather recliners, curtains and luggage holds under the floor. For seven guests, the Mercedes V-Class is the luxury van. Every one comes with a professional driver.
One thing we don’t do is party buses. A luxury bus with us is seated, belted travel for people who want to arrive fresh.
Prices depend on the date and group size. Get yours in a minute.
Get my priceThe word gets used for almost anything in Dubai, so it’s worth knowing what to ask about. Seats come first. Leather and a recline are expected, but width matters more: nobody wants to spend 90 minutes shoulder to shoulder with a colleague on the way to Abu Dhabi.
Layout is the next thing. In a VIP Sprinter the seats face each other in places, with tables between them, so a team can talk or work. Headroom matters too. Standing headroom means guests walk to their seats instead of stooping, and in a gown or a kandura that is not a small thing.
Then the details. Individual air vents and reading lights at each seat. A cabin cooled before anyone boards. Bags in a separate luggage space, never in the aisle. A late-model vehicle that was cleaned that morning, and a uniformed driver who has read the brief.
A bus can be brand new and still feel ordinary if the seats are narrow and the suitcases share the cabin. When you compare quotes, ask about each of these rather than trusting the word “luxury”.
| Vehicle | Seats | Cabin | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mercedes Sprinter, VIP layout | Fewer, wider seats | Lounge layout, quilted leather, tables, mood lighting | Confirmed on your quote |
| Mercedes Sprinter, standard layout | Up to 16 | Reclining leather seats, standing headroom | From AED 2,450 per day |
| 50-seat coach | 50 | Reclining leather seats, curtains, PA system | From AED 1,450 per day |
| Mercedes V-Class | 7 | Captain’s seats, electric sliding doors | From AED 1,150 per day |
Day rates cover up to 10 hours within Dubai with driver and fuel.
This is the one people mean when they ask for a luxury minibus. Quilted leather seats, tables and mood lighting, with standing headroom and an air vent and reading light at every seat. Because the seats are wider, it carries fewer people than a standard Sprinter. The exact number depends on the layout, so tell us your headcount and we confirm a layout that fits on the quote. It suits roadshows, executive tours and small VIP groups who want to sit facing each other.
Up to sixteen guests in reclining leather seats, with room at the rear for around twelve medium suitcases. It’s our usual choice for a wedding party, a group of conference speakers or a family celebration. It is also much easier to get into a hotel driveway than a coach.
For a bigger group that still wants comfort, the full-size coach has reclining leather seats with seat belts, curtains at the windows, overhead racks and under-floor holds that take roughly one medium suitcase per passenger. The PA system lets a host talk to everyone at once. Forty delegates travel in one vehicle and arrive together.
For up to seven, the V-Class is a business-class cabin on wheels: electric sliding doors, rear climate control and room behind for six bags. On many models the captain’s seats face each other in a conference layout. If you searched for a luxury van with driver, this is it.
Start with the headcount. Seven or fewer with luggage: the V-Class. A small VIP group who want to talk or work on the way: the Sprinter in VIP layout. Up to sixteen who want an executive finish and room for bags: the standard Sprinter. Seventeen to fifty: the coach, or two Sprinters if the group splits up during the day.
A word on twenty to thirty guests. Our 22 to 30 seat mini coach is comfortable and very practical, but we price and present it as working group transport, not a luxury vehicle. If that group wants a premium cabin, we would put them in two Sprinters or the 50-seat coach. We are happy to quote both so you can compare the difference.
Investor roadshows often cover DIFC, Business Bay and ADGM in Abu Dhabi in one day. A VIP Sprinter keeps the team together, gives them a table to prepare at and delivers them to each lobby as one group. Our drivers are briefed on confidentiality as standard. For how a meeting day in the financial district is planned, see DIFC chauffeur service.
The bridal party, the groom’s family or the grandparents travel together in a Sprinter between the hotel and the venue, timed to the same running order as the wedding car. Standing headroom makes boarding easy in a sari, a heavy gown or a kandura.
Golf days, dinners at desert camps reached by paved road, a night at the Dubai Opera. A luxury coach or a pair of Sprinters waits for the late finish, and nobody has to queue for a taxi at midnight.
A VIP group landing at DXB or DWC is met in the arrivals hall with a name board and walked to a cooled Sprinter. For big arrivals with a lot of luggage we send a separate luggage van behind it. Flights are tracked; see airport transfers for how that works.
Groups at race meetings, tournaments and championship weekends want to arrive together and leave without hunting for a ride. Our VIP and events team agrees the arrival windows and a pick-up point that actually works at the end of the day.
The day trip to the capital is the most popular luxury charter we run for groups. The drive to Abu Dhabi city takes around 1 hour 30 minutes outside the rush hours, which is long enough for leather recliners and a quiet cabin to matter.
A typical day: the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in the morning, the Louvre Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat after lunch, then Yas Island before the drive home. The driver waits between stops. Intercity days are quoted separately from the Dubai day rate, with Darb and Salik tolls and the waiting allowance listed on the quote. For one-way and return trips to every emirate, see Abu Dhabi and intercity transfers.
A beautiful cabin with a careless driver is not a luxury trip. Ours are vetted before they join, wear uniform and are briefed before every job: the group leader’s name, every address and entrance, the timings and anything you have told us about the guests.
They arrive ten minutes early with the cabin cooled. They help with luggage at both ends. Between stops they keep the vehicle close, so guests aren’t standing on a pavement in 40 degrees waiting for it to come round. They know which hotels send larger vehicles to a side entrance, and they check Sheikh Zayed Road and the Creek crossings before setting off.
All our drivers speak English, and many speak other languages. If you need a particular one, ask when you book and we will confirm in writing whether we can assign a driver who speaks it.
Our starting prices are for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai with driver and fuel. The Mercedes Sprinter starts from AED 2,450 per day, the V-Class from AED 1,150 and the 50-seat coach from AED 1,450. The VIP Sprinter layout is quoted for your date on request.
The same vehicle name can cover very different layouts, so check what a Sprinter quote includes: the seating, the hours, the driver and fuel. Ours covers a driver, fuel and air conditioning for up to 10 hours, and your written quote confirms the exact price.
Your quote moves with the layout you choose, the hours, any day that leaves Dubai, extra waiting and the number of vehicles. Tolls and parking are listed on it. Nothing is added for late nights, public holidays or rain. Our price guide works through examples across the whole fleet.
Photographs on a website aren’t a booking. Before you confirm any luxury bus, with us or anyone else, get these points in writing:
Our quotes name the vehicle class. If a particular model, colour or layout matters for your guests, put it in the notes. We confirm in writing whether it’s available on your date, and if it isn’t, we say so before you book and suggest the closest alternative.
Send the date, the number of guests, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the timings and the layout you’d like, through the quote card on this page or the booking page. A fixed, written quote follows by email, usually within the hour. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and changes and cancellations follow the terms on your written quote.
For weddings, events and anything between October and April, book early. Two weeks or more gives you the best chance of getting the exact vehicle and layout. If you need several vehicles, put them all in one request so the whole convoy runs to one plan. WhatsApp works too: +971 54 126 1681.

Quick answers for this trip.
With us, the Mercedes Sprinter starts from AED 2,450 per day and the 50-seat coach from AED 1,450 per day, each for up to 10 hours within Dubai with driver and fuel. The VIP Sprinter layout is quoted for your date, and your written quote confirms the final price.
A full-size coach with a better cabin: reclining leather seats with seat belts, strong air-conditioning, curtains, overhead racks and luggage holds under the floor so bags never share the cabin. Ours seats fifty and has a PA system for a host or guide.
Fewer than the sixteen in a standard Sprinter, because the seats are wider and arranged as a lounge. The number depends on the layout. Tell us your headcount and we confirm a layout that fits on your quote.
No. A luxury bus is about comfortable, seated travel, with a seat belt for every passenger. We don’t run party buses or stretch limousines. For a celebration, the VIP Sprinter gives a lounge feel with everyone seated.
Yes, the Mercedes V-Class. It seats seven, with captain’s seats, electric sliding doors and room for six bags, from AED 1,150 per day with driver and fuel. For eight to sixteen, the Sprinter is the next step up.
For twenty to thirty guests who want a premium cabin, we’d suggest two Sprinters or the 50-seat coach rather than our mini coach, which is priced as practical group transport. Ask us to quote both and compare.
Yes. It’s around 1 hour 30 minutes each way outside the rush hours, and the driver waits while you visit. Intercity days are quoted separately, with Darb and Salik tolls and the waiting allowance listed on the quote.
Put the layout, model or colour you want in the notes. We confirm in writing whether it’s free on your date before you book. If it isn’t, we tell you straight away and suggest the closest match.
