Monthly bus rental in Dubai: a vehicle and driver at your disposal

Monthly bus rental in Dubai suits anyone who needs the same vehicle day after day for longer than a few days. Think of a film crew on a six-week shoot, a project team out on site every morning, an exhibition season, a tour operator’s busiest months, or a delegation in town for a month. You agree the hours, the working days and the area once. Then a van, minibus or coach and its professional driver work to that pattern for the whole period, and nobody has to rebook every Sunday night.

Every vehicle comes with its driver. We don’t rent buses for self-drive. Fuel is included, and the written quote lists the tolls, the parking and anything charged as an extra, so you know the cost of the month before you commit. Monthly and multi-week hire is quoted on request, because the price depends on how you’ll use the vehicle.

Prices depend on the date and group size. Get yours in a minute.

Dedicated or scheduled: two kinds of monthly hire

Long hires come in two shapes. Know which one you need before you ask for prices.

Dedicated vehicleScheduled route
How it worksThe vehicle and driver are yours for an agreed number of hours each day, and you decide where they goThe vehicle runs fixed journeys at fixed times, such as a morning and an evening staff run
Best forCrews, project teams, delegations and event seasons whose plans change day to dayEmployees travelling between the same places every working day
Priced onThe daily hours, the working days and the area coveredThe number of runs, the distance and the working days

This page is about the dedicated kind. If what you need is a fixed timetable for employees, our staff transport page explains how routes are planned and priced.

Who rents a bus by the month

Film, TV and photo production

Crews move between studios, city locations and the desert edge, and the call times change daily. A dedicated Sprinter or mini coach with a driver who knows the schedule keeps the unit together. Personal kit rides in the luggage space. Heavy equipment stays with your production logistics.

Project and site teams

Engineers, surveyors and consultants visiting several sites a day need a vehicle on call, not a timetable. One van and driver cover the circuit, wait at each site and are ready the moment the inspection finishes.

Event and exhibition seasons

Organisers of a series of shows, a festival or a sporting season often need shuttles for weeks, with the busiest days known well ahead. A monthly arrangement covers the base vehicles. Extra coaches for the peak days go on the same quote.

Tour operators and destination management companies

Dubai is busiest with visitors between October and April. Holding a vehicle and driver for the season saves an operator from hunting for availability every week.

Delegations, academies and long stays

A visiting delegation, a sports academy on a training camp or a medical team on a month-long assignment all travel together every day. One dedicated vehicle covers the hotel, the venue, the training ground and the group airport transfers at either end.

Agreeing the hours, the days and the area

Three things shape a monthly hire. Get them right at the start and the end of the month holds no surprises.

  • Hours per day. Decide the working window, say 7am to 5pm, and how often you expect to run past it. Extra time is charged at the hourly rate written on your quote.
  • Days per week. Five, six or seven, and what happens on public holidays. Tell us if you need the vehicle over Eid or National Day.
  • The area. Most monthly hires stay inside Dubai. Days in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or the northern Emirates are quoted as intercity days, so give us a rough idea of how often.

Then the details people forget: the address where the vehicle starts each morning, whether the driver waits on site between journeys, and who on your side can change the day’s plan. Put as much of it as you can in writing. The month runs more simply when nobody has to remember what was said on the phone.

What a monthly quote includes

A monthly quote names the vehicle and its seats, the driver, the agreed hours and working days, and the area covered. Fuel is included. Salik tolls, Darb tolls if you cross Abu Dhabi’s gates, and any parking are listed for your pattern of use. Anything charged as an extra (hours past the agreed window, intercity days, another vehicle for a peak day) has its own written rate. We don’t add surge pricing for late nights, public holidays or rain.

Companies can run the hire through a corporate account with one consolidated monthly invoice, broken down by cost centre on request. Add a purchase order or project reference to the booking notes and it appears against the charges. Where VAT applies, it is shown on the invoice.

Monthly hire or day-by-day bookings?

A monthly arrangement isn’t always the right answer, and we’ll tell you when it isn’t. If you need the vehicle most days, in a similar pattern, a dedicated hire keeps planning simple. If you need transport on scattered days, or the group changes completely from one week to the next, booking each day separately can work better.

Our published day rates make a useful benchmark: from AED 900 per day for the 13-seater van, from AED 1,100 per day for the 30-seater mini coach, from AED 1,450 per day for the 50-seater coach and from AED 2,450 per day for the Mercedes Sprinter. Each covers up to 10 hours within Dubai with driver and fuel. Monthly hire is priced on its own schedule, so ask us to quote it both ways. Our bus rental price guide explains what each day rate includes.

Example: a production crew, twelve shoot days in a month. A crew of eleven needs a 13-seater van on twelve days spread over four weeks. Booked one day at a time, twelve days start from AED 10,800. Send us the shoot calendar and we’ll also price the same twelve days as one schedule, so you can compare.

Example: a site team, weekdays for three months. Six engineers need a vehicle from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for sites in Dubai South and Jebel Ali. A dedicated 13-seater van, with room for their site bags, is quoted for the whole period. The odd day in Abu Dhabi is priced as an intercity day.

Both are illustrations, not quotes. Your price depends on your own dates, hours and area.

Choosing the vehicle for a long hire

Comfort matters more over a month than over a day. Think about how many hours people will spend on board and what they carry.

  • The 13-seater van is practical for crews and site teams, with a high roof and a rear luggage area.
  • The Mercedes Sprinter has leather seats and standing headroom, which suits executives, delegations and client-facing teams.
  • The 30-seater mini coach takes up to thirty and still gets into villa streets, studio lots and site gates.
  • The 50-seater coach is for large crews and seasonal shuttles, with luggage holds under the floor.

Small leadership teams sometimes add a Mercedes V-Class or a car for the month, on the same quote as the bus. Our vehicles are for passengers and their bags. We don’t supply cargo vans.

Questions to settle before the month starts

  • What happens when a day runs past the agreed hours, and at what rate?
  • Which days are excluded (public holidays, weekends, rest days), and how much notice do you need to add one?
  • On a six- or seven-day hire, how are the driver’s days off covered?
  • What happens if the vehicle needs servicing during the month?
  • How much notice is needed to extend the hire, or to end it early?
  • How will the invoice show extras, and can it carry your project reference?

Ask us any of these when you request a quote. The answers go into the quote you confirm.

How to get a monthly quote

Send the start and end dates, the vehicle or the headcount, the daily hours, the working days, the starting address and the places you expect to go, other emirates included. Use the quote card on this page or the booking page and put the pattern in the notes. Or email info@dubaibusservices.com, or WhatsApp +971 54 126 1681. A fixed, written quote follows, and nothing is charged until you confirm. If the hire starts in the busy cooler months, ask early, while the size of vehicle you want is still free.

Frequently asked.

Quick answers for this trip.

How much is monthly bus rental in Dubai?

Monthly hire is quoted on request, because the price depends on the vehicle, the daily hours, the working days and the area. As a benchmark, our day rates start from AED 900 per day for a 13-seater van and from AED 1,450 per day for a 50-seater coach, with driver and fuel for up to 10 hours within Dubai.

Can I rent a bus monthly without a driver?

No. Every van, minibus and coach we supply comes with a professional driver, and fuel is included. Driving a large passenger vehicle yourself needs the right licence class, and the fuel, tolls and parking would then be yours to manage.

Can you hire a driver for a month?

Yes, together with one of our vehicles. A monthly hire includes the van, minibus or coach and its professional driver, working the hours and days agreed on your quote.

Can we rent a bus for a few weeks rather than a full month?

Yes. Multi-week hire is priced the same way. Send the dates and the daily hours, and the quote lists the period, the vehicle and what’s included. A hire of a few days is simply quoted day by day.

Will we have the same driver all month?

We do our best to keep one driver for the whole hire, so they learn your addresses, your people and the shape of each day. If it matters to you, say so when you ask for the quote.

Can the bus go to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah during the month?

Yes. We drive daily to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and to every other emirate on request. Days outside Dubai are quoted as intercity days with the tolls listed, so tell us roughly how often you expect them.

What happens on public holidays?

You decide whether the vehicle works. Tell us which holidays to leave out when you ask for the quote. There is no surge pricing for public holidays, late nights or rain.

Do you rent vans monthly for cargo or deliveries?

No. Our vans and buses are passenger vehicles with a driver, for people and their luggage. If your team carries a lot of personal kit, we can size the vehicle up or add a second passenger vehicle on the same quote.

Send the dates. We’ll price the month.
