Stand teams work longer days than visitors. We plan a vehicle and driver around the build, the show days and the pack-down so nobody waits for a taxi at midnight.
Build days are the hard part
Teams arrive before the show to set up. Start times are early and finish times are unpredictable. A dedicated vehicle on a day rate absorbs that. You do not pay per trip or argue over waiting time.

Kit and samples

Pack-down and departures
On the last evening the team leaves late. We schedule the final run from Expo City to the hotel, then the airport transfers the next day, on the same quote.
