A construction show is half halls and half sites, and the groups that get the most from it plan the site visits as carefully as the stand visits.

Most individual visitors to Big 5 Global make their own way to the Dubai World Trade Centre. The coach business is the group: a contractor’s team from the Gulf, an Asian or African delegation sent by a trade body, a buying team from a developer, or an exhibitor’s crew. The listed dates are 23 to 26 November 2026, and listings give DWTC as the venue, but confirm both on the organiser’s site, since several of our sources are third-party listings.
If you lead such a group, the decision goes beyond the vehicle to the order of the days. Which day goes to the halls, which to supplier factories or project sites, and which to meetings downtown. Transport follows that order.

Get a quoteDelegations that cram halls and site visits into one day usually do neither well. A construction show hall is large, and people walk for hours. A site visit adds waiting, safety briefings and travel. Put one on each day.
| Day | Focus | Transport pattern |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Halls, first walk of the floor | Hotel to venue loop, a return in the evening |
| Day 2 | Supplier and factory visits | One vehicle all day, set stops, packed lunch |
| Day 3 | Halls, meetings, seminars | Hotel to venue loop, optional evening transfer |
| Day 4 | Project sites or free | Half-day vehicle, then airport run |
The order is yours. The table only shows that the days with the most travel should not be the days with the longest hall time.
A site visit is the one trip where the destination is not on a map. The address may be a plot in an industrial area or a construction project with a gate and a guard. Ask the host for a pin, the name of the gate contact, and whether a coach may enter. If it may not, the group walks the last stretch and the driver parks where the host says.
Safety rules on site are the host’s, not ours. Delegates may need boots, helmets or vests, and the host usually provides them. Bring your own if the host asks, and keep them in a bag that fits the luggage space. We keep the vehicle clean, but a dusty site on a hot day means people want water and a place to change shoes. Mention it in your request.
For the usual layout, the corporate roadshow page explains multi-stop days, and the staff bus rules guide covers the rules that apply to work-related passenger transport.
Choose a hotel with a fixed pickup point that a coach can reach. Many business hotels in Business Bay, Downtown and along Sheikh Zayed Road have a coach bay. Hotels on the Palm or in Dubai Marina are further, and the journey is more affected by traffic windows. We do not quote minutes for the trip, because the morning and evening peaks change it.
Plan to arrive before the halls are full. The venue sets where coaches stop and the organiser sets the entry rules, so ask them about drop-off and the exhibitor or visitor entrance. Send us the answer, and we plan the route to match.
Exhibitors travel on a different clock to visitors. They need the hall earlier, they leave later, and they carry boxes of samples. Set-up days and access times are set by the organiser in the exhibitor manual, so read it before you book.
For crews of 8 to 14, the 13-seater van is the practical choice, with a driver who waits during set-up and takes the crew back after. For larger national pavilions, a 30-seater mini coach serves a group of 20 or more.
This is an example to show the shape of a booking, not a quote. The group arrives on one evening flight and is met by a Mercedes Sprinter that seats up to 16, plus a sedan for the two leaders, because 18 people are above one Sprinter’s capacity. Alternatively, a 30-seater mini coach takes all 18 in one vehicle with space for samples.
The Sprinter starts from AED 2,450 per day and the 30-seater mini coach from AED 1,100 per day for a full day of up to 10 hours with driver and fuel, according to our price page. In this example the mini coach is the simpler choice for the group size. The written quote confirms the exact price for your dates, route and hours, and it will say whether the airport run is separate.
The first morning of a trade show is crowded. Entry queues for badge scans, security and shuttle stops all lengthen. Leave earlier than your first appointment suggests, and tell the group to carry their registration on their phone and a printout. The coach cannot wait at the door, so the group leader should confirm the return point on arrival.
On the final day, many visitors leave at lunchtime. If your flight is that evening, move your bags to the vehicle in the morning, and confirm with the driver that the airport run starts from the venue, not from the hotel.
A delegation arrives once and leaves once, and both legs are easy to under-plan. Send us each flight, the number of people on it and the bags. For the many Asian and African flights that land late at night, the driver tracks the landing time and waits in the hall. Our airport transfer page and the arrivals pickup guide describe the process.
Send the dates, the hotel, the number of people, the days that are site visits with their addresses, the hours you need the vehicle and the flights. We answer with a fixed written quote in AED. The booking page takes the details, and the price page shows starting rates. For a group that is also staying for a conference, see the conference delegate page.
Pick by delegation size and samples. We confirm the final choice on your written quote.
