The show closes and the real meetings start. We move groups from Expo City to dinners and networking spots, then to their hotels.

From Expo City, the usual evening drives are to DIFC and Downtown (35 to 50 minutes) and to the Marina and JBR (25 to 35 minutes). Closing time traffic can add to this, so we allow room.
Waiting at the restaurant
If the group wants the vehicle to wait through dinner, the hours go on the quote. If you prefer a return pickup at a set time, we schedule it and the driver arrives early.
Hosting guests
Hosts bringing clients can book a luxury SUV or V-Class for the guests and a second vehicle for staff. We coordinate both pickup points.
